Get needed sleep
Product shipped and received quickly. Expected product to show effects after a few days of use but was greatly surprised that I experienced such a better sleep upon first use. I definitely recommend it and will continue to buy.

This has almost your full RDA of magnesium in 1 serving. Be careful taking it mid-day because you will feel sleepy, definitely right before bed.

They helped me sleep
I like that these are Magnesium and Black Currant Oil and aren’t loaded with a lot of other vitamins that I already get from my multivitamin………..it is possible to get toxic levels of vitamins in your system.I have been searching for something that will help me fall asleep and stay asleep longer. Some things work better than others. These did help make me drowsy and I did fall asleep in less than an hour. They haven’t helped with leg cramps yet but I am hopeful.They have a pleasant taste, but the ones I got are VERY chewy. If you wear dentures these might not be for you.The Magnesium test strip included with the purchase is a nice touch (you can get too much of this). the little bracelet is nice (I wore it to my yoga practice).My concern with this supplement is that Beilancy has NO contact information on the bottle. There is NO indication about where it is produced or where the ingredients are sourced. There is NO contact information on their Amazon page. They also sell eyelash growth serum, dark spot corrector and such so they don’t just sell Nutritional supplements.

Like the Dosage of Magnesium Glycinate
I got this because I take Magnesium for the health benefits it may possibly have. Our bodies use magnesium extensively imo for so many things and it’s a mineral that I prioritize. From our brain to our bones and almost everything else with over 300 biochemical processes our bodies do, Magnesium is involved. There are about 11 types of magnesium and some are thought to be more focused on where they may interact in the body than others. I take many of the others for some of those possible benefits. This form Magnesium Glycinate is considered imo a general form that can possibly go wherever the body chooses to utilize it. It’s considered safe and gentler on the stomach than other forms imo. What I really like about Magnesium Glycinate is that it makes a me a bit drowsy so I use this before bed to try and improve my sleep health. I just got a Magnesium product in capsule form and was really happy that was the sole ingredient as I find too many times the blends have ingredients mixed with it that I don’t want. Like energy enhancing ingredients which is counterproductive for my sleep. Or other ingredients I already take and the additions pushes me over what I want in my daily dosage. Thankfully the only addition to this is Black Currant Oil which I have never heard of but looks to be like a nice antioxidant possibly seeing it has 4 times more vitamin C than an Orange supposedly. Also the big advantage imo that gummies have is their ability to pack so much in them. I would have take 4 of my capsules to get the 400 mgs dosage this has with just one gummy. And thankfully that’s the exact dosage I want. If you find you need more for your sleep heath I would caution about excess amounts of these since too much magnesium can act as a laxative possibly. I did not see where these were third party lab tested which imo appears to be the norm for gummies but I do see that non gmo ingredients were utilized. Also mine came with a magnesium test strip which I really really like. What a great way imo to get an idea possibly with a before and after comparison. I also see these are sugar free and I would not have even considered these had they had sugar in them. These imo actually taste like a nice faint raspberry flavor. I had no sides with these and no complaints as they seem to do very well for me. Good Luck and I Hope this was Helpful.

Good Yummy Gummy
These are really tasty gummies. I love the raspberry flavor and the smell of them will make your mouth water. I needed a magnesium supplement and I have been taking others that are just pill form. Not too appealing as theses. However, I have to watch out not to take too many of them because they taste so good that you keep wanting more. This package comes with a test kit to actually show your level of magnesium so you donât overdose. I like them and will be getting more when these are gone.

Kids love the flavor
We are a neurodivergent household, and if you know anything about that, sleep is the hardest thing in the world. Magnesium is an absolute must in our household. It helps my kids relax at night, it helps them sleep so well. They really liked this gummy and the flavor. This is a 60 day supply for one person. We had three people using this bottle so we went through it fairly quickly. But they loved the flavor. It was a raspberry fruity flavor and they really enjoyed it. They liked the gummyâs well enough. You take two a day but I have them take one a day because this is a grown-up servings.. But I do genuinely believe that this helps them and they sleep every night.

Good taste, comes with “extras”
These have a nice taste (a candy-like raspberry flavor). They taste very similar to a gummy candy (I certainly can’t tell that they’re good for me, ha!). The labeling and bottle look nice and give a good overall impression of the brand.I was pleasantly surprised that these come with a couple of extras. One is a rubber bracelet (not sure I’ll use that) and the other is a set of urine test strips to test yourself for your magnesium level. I’ve never done this before and haven’t tried the strips yet, but I’m looking forward to trying them out. It seems like a really nice bonus to include with magnesium gummies!Overall, I’d definitely recommend these gummies if you’re looking for some good-tasting magnesium gummies.
