It’s really everything you need to bake bread. I proofed my sourdough, scored it, & baked in the same vessel. I baked at 440F for 45 min. The top got a little darker than I normally like (I usually use a Dutch oven, but overall it was good. And I like that I can leave it in the same basket to serve & store.

Easy to remove!
I love that since itâs silicone, if the dough gets stuck you can gently get it out by pushing the other side. It was easy to clean! I am excited I do not have to worry about mold. I did not bake in it, just used for the cold proof in the fridge. I plan on ordering more!

Too floppy
Just don’t think it’s a good design, I’m going back to the wicker type. Your bread is so wet and floppy it needs alittle more support in my personal opinion only

Love baking bread, but low on space for bannetons? No worries! These actually collapse into themselves for storage to save space. The nonstick silicone material is great as well. Would definitely buy again.
