This black obsidian mirror is really nice. It doesn’t look exactly as advertised though. The back is plain, unlike the seller’s pictures. It opens and closes well though, and it feels very solid. It also comes with 2 different chains to choose from.

Cute for scrying, costumes, or decor
Overall it’s really cute and looks really cool. The only little issues were that the metal feels like it’s on the cheaper end but it still seems okay for a price. I’d have liked it more if the top folded all the way down but it stops halfway. It’s nice that it comes with two different chains. One works well for hanging it and the other works if you want to wear it as a necklace or hang it up somewhere.

I am clueless when it comes to these things. So I am operating with little to no knowledge or experience with these types of things. Truly, I just thought it looked like a cool piece. I love the black obsidian.This has a nice good weight to it. It feels legit. It pops open, like an old timey watch. There is a chain included that you can attach. I cannot speak to how well it “works” for it’s intended purpose. But I can say that it is a nice, good quality piece for someone who IS into this kind of thing. It is cute and interesting. I look forward to educating myself some more on it.

beautiful, heavy duty, & comes with 2 chain options
My husband has been looking for a scrying mirror for me for quite some time. I have always been drawn to Obsidian of all kinds, so when he seen this one he knew he had to get it for me. There are 2 chain options, one is a necklace type chain and the other is a pocket watch type of chain. Both chains are heavy duty, just like the mirror is. I do wish that the cover opened up further than it does, so that it is easier to view the entire mirror. The hinge on the lid and the clasp where the lid closes onto are both made very well. There is nothing cheap about this stunning piece. Mine has the Phoenix and the Dragon in black. I believe that the finish on this black beauty is going to tarnish pretty quickly (especially if you wear it like I intend on doing), but it adds character in my opinion. This is worth every cent and more honestly. I love mine

Nice heavy piece with two substantial chains
I’m very pleased with both the scrying mirror and the two chains that came with it.The mirror is smooth and flawless, and the pocket watch enclosure succeeds in looking antique with a nice flip-open cover.The silver chain included is nice and heavy, with a good length. You can hang the mirror on this one, although it won’t match; or you can wear this chain on its own.The pocket chain has a cool clip/hook.
