Delicious
Best stars around – I love these. I am Italian and use them instead of pastina.

Authentic
Absolutely fantastic! This has been on my families table for years. I’m so happy to have this available to me because it is not in stores by me anymore. I love it tastes great pairs well with other food and there are a lot of different recipes.

Great to find these on Amazon
I’m so glad Amazon sells these egg noodles, which I use for making farfel (not matzo farfel). Every year before Passover I look for these noodles without success in my local grocery store. If Amazon didn’t sell them, I’d be stuck. For the curious: Boil egg noodles in water; drain. Mix in melted butter and chopped mushrooms. Bake in casserole dish. Yum.

Excellent flavor. A bit on the thick side.
Someone suggested I try this as a replacement for discontinued Ronzoni pastina. I found the flavor excellent, and it has good texture. It will work well in chicken soup. While the shape is similar to Ronzoni pastina, this is a much thicker product. It cooks up much closer to Acini di Pepe, than pastina, which is much thinner. But I enjoyed it. I also like that it has eggs in it.

Love product
Since I am not able to return the product, I wanted to let you know that when I received the product, one of the bags was open. It appeared to be sliced down the side with a sharp knife or blade. The other 2bags were fine. We use these in soups.
