Too short and not enough holes to breathe
Itâs ok. Heavy and nice looking.As other reviews have stated; the structure is too short to accommodate standard size incense sticks and incense do not stay lit. You need to cut off about one inch off of the base of the incense stick of which is not a big deal.There are not enough draft holes for the burn to breathe when attempting to burn more than one stick or with a cone.One incense at a time seems to work.The maker needs to improve their design of this item.Larger holes or a open top perhaps.

It is awesome
I counted 20 holes in in it and I broke the bottom of the incense sticks to fit inside. It stayed lit the whole time with no problems. I looks awesome in my room and I would buy another one.

Revised review
I left an earlier review saying that it works well as long as you trim down your incense a little. Retracting that statement now. Even with trimming, it actually burns maybe 1 out of 4 incense sticks. I ended up putting two hair- tie elastics around the base to elevate it a bit so more air gets in. It’s still really pretty, but so frustrating to use that I wouldn’t buy it again, and I wouldn’t have spent the money for something that doesn’t do what it should. It’ll still be fine for candles I guess, or for incense that has already burned pretty low in a different holder. At this point, I’m going to try and drill some extra holes in it to increase the airflow. Disappointing, though, if you don’t have backups. Wouldn’t recommend.
