Very Good performing sprayer
2 years in usage the internal restore spring corroded and broke. should have been better material used like stainless steel. I went to local hardware store and got closest match bag of springs for a couple of bucks. I put one in and I can get away with it. not the same strength to return the plunger to off but close enough. I will plan on checking the spring every 2 years and replace as needed. paid enough for it at the start to avoid all this but guess not all the proper materials by manufacturer. if you get one plan on replacing the spring every 2 years cuz probably plain steel spring and rusts. we always drain the assembly after each time we wash the dog and that’s every 4-6 weeks.

Crap donât buy
First of all the nozzle broke first time I used it, I spun the settings to change it to full from shower and all of a sudden when I spun it back to shower the water was coming out the sides of the shower head in every setting.The hose it comes with offers zero flexibility it remains coiled up so when you hook it up to the tub itâs hard to maneuver it around the dog properly without staining your wrist. Over allâ¦. I bought two of these and they are both in the trash now 🙁

Handle broke
My handle broke by where you squeeze to get Water out from normal use. I have it since August. Is there anyway to exchange the handle

Great hose but poor design
When we first started using this in July it was wonderful . great hose, powerful spray . Love it until the trigger head snapped after only 4 months. Was a poor design to use plastic at such a pressure point. Very disappointed. How can I possibly get a refund. These things should not break after such a short use time.

Nice features flawed design
Was excited to receive two of these for our dog grooming shop. After one week it shoots water all over leaking from the black ring. Excitement turned quickly to extreme disappointment. Good money paid for a flawed design.

I was hoping to like this sprayer and I bought the hoses by the same brand. Purchased 2 for my Dog Grooming salon that opened September 1st. By September 20th they leaked and sprayed everywhere and all the settings stopped working. Cheaply made, save the extra money and buy dollar store. Same quality.

Disappointed I bought this for my groom shop and have used it since end of February. It doesnt have any change when I turn the nozzle and it leaks where it turns on the nozzle. I have bought other Master Equipment products in the past and been happy. Not the case here.

I have been a professional groomer for the past 27 years. Iâve always used regular shower heads to wash the dogs. I recently renovated my salon and thought I would buy a professional one. Lasted less than 3 months. Within one month, water kept splashing all over. I had to tightened the screw regularly. Today, I didnât even have to tighten the screw, I was washing a dog and the whole thing fell apart. Piece of garbage! Regular shower heads used to last at least 5 years. Waste of money!
