Heating Instructions
Heat in microwave for 90 seconds. Add increments of 20 seconds if necessary.Reheating the product in the same session should be done after 15 minutes minimum, for 30 seconds.Heating times are based on a 1000-Watt microwave. Please adjust accordingly. Do Not Overheat!Heat therapy duration: 15-25 minutes.
Additional Heating Tips
Do not wash or wet the wrap. If it gets dirty, simply clean it with disinfectant wipes. Make sure that the wrap is clean and dry before heating it in the microwave. Place the wrap on a clean dry plate. Make sure that the wrap is folded so it does not touch the sides of the microwave.

Comfortable and Smells Great!
I absolutely love this product and will definitely buy another in the near future. This little blessing arrived today and I heated it up right after work and placed it on my neck and wow! It fits perfect and so comfortable plus smells amazing. It hits all my trouble areas on my neck and back of my head. I have gotten others that were either too skinny or to long and sometimes too stuffed so it was stiff and uncomfortable. This one is perfect and smells amazing. I suffer from oppcipital migraines and my neck is so sore and stiff all the time. I heat mine up for 1 minute total on a dish. What i do is shake it a little after 30 seconds then place back in for the remaining 30 seconds and it’s perfect. Stays hot just long enough. It’s been my experience to do this whenever I heat up rice bags just to be on the safe side and to avoid burning them. Flax seed can burn quicker then rice which is another reason to shake it after 30 minutes. Be sure to check it through out the heating process. Im so glad this has flax seed because it helps the rice bag stay warm longer and is soft, the rice makes the bag heavy enough for comfort like the weighted blanket concept. Having the combination is a bonus, plus lavender flowers, HEAVEN! I am very greatful I found your wonderful product. Thank you so very much for this perfect combination! Wonderful and gentle heat with aromatherapy.
This wrap is so lovely. It provides gentle warmth that lasts about 30 minutes. The lavender aromatherapy is so nice especially when I wrap it around my neck before bed. The dual-sided cover gives you two different options depending on where on your body you want to use it. This is a great value for money as it is incredibly versatile and lightweight.

Closest you can get to the OLD style Earth Therapeutics
I started using Bed Buddy brand about 20 years ago. Then found the wonderful Earth Therapeutics heating pads, which were the absolute best on the market for many years. They started manufacturing them with clay beads several years ago and if you read the reviews just about everyone that used them prior to that change agree that they are no longer worth purchasing. The clay beads stay warm for about 30 minutes, even if you cover it with a blanket. They also get hot spots and tend to burn holes in the fabric. I have been looking for a replacement for several years now, wasting money on products I hated. Then I saw this product that did not have clay beads and had a soft cover! It is the closest thing to Earth Therapeutics you will find. This stays warm for a few hours if it is under a blanket.I It is perfect for a sinus headache because it is packed tightly enough that I can put it across my forehead while laying down and the contents do not all fall to each side. I just wish this was also made in a horseshoe shape with a little less filling to put around the back of my neck when I go to bed. This one is too stiff for that purpose. Also, a removable cover would be great so it could be washed.

Soothing overall
I bought one of the regular size in the lavender scent, then one without. They are nice and soothing overall.The lavender scent was quite strong and I wanted to take it on a trip with me, but had concerns that the smell might be overwhelming for my travel buddy. I bought the unscented one, but didn’t care for the odor. For some reason, the package itself smelled like BO. I figured since it was sealed, the item itself would be OK, but that smelled like BO too. It has now aired out for a couple weeks and seems OK. The overpowering lavender smell has also lessened and I’m enjoying it.Like another reviewer noted, I heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave, rearrange it, and heat again, up to 1.5 minutes total (but only 30 seconds at a time) and haven’t had any issues. I always put it on a paper plate to prevent it touching any microwave spills.This is really nice for my neck issues. There is just the right amount of fill — I can shift it so there’s no fill on the back but plenty on the sides, so it kind of works like a C-collar, except I can put my head back on the couch or chair if I like. I do recommend it.

Excellent heat/cold therapy
I have back and shoulder pain. Warm this up and put it anywhere on your body. It is soft, smells wonderful, and can be strapped on with a provided velco strap. It can also be put in the freezer for cold therapy.

Heats well but filling tends to fall towards the ends
It heats up well but the filling tends to separate to ends when placed over the shoulder. Aside from adding more filling Iâm not sure what could be done about that. It still helps ease the pain in my shoulder.

Hi there,I bought this item for my wife during her pregnancy considering she would be having aches and pains and this can go both hot and cold. We keep it in the freezer so it’s ready to go cold if need be, and only takes about 3-4 mins in the microwave to heat up from the freezer state.SHE LOVES IT!
