Decent size for neck and shoulder wrap, high quality, custom, personable wrapping and delivery inside the Amazon box of course 😉 heats up nicely in microwave, stays warm for extended amount of time, unscented but smells pleasant and clean, works as promised, fun patterns and bold prints! Highly recommend. Used post surgery for neck and shoulder pain from anesthesia. Have not tried cooled yet as warmth worked best for me.

Works but Seam Fell Apart After 3 Months
Loved this product until seam in corner opened up/fell apart after 3 months of use. Flax spilled out all over. Unfortunately no warranty so stuck repairing/sewing myself.

I purchased this to replace another similar item we have – but smells like tea and is unappealing.Our family has a medical condition that keeps these type of hot/cold wraps in constant use and this arrived today.It has a good weight and the channels keep the inside materials evenly distributed across the muscles so you don’t end up with a “sand sock”.I’m also very pleased that the patterns available were more neutral and unique than what is usually offered in flax wraps.
