Cute Little Bear
This is one cute little bear. One of the things we like about this bear is that it has three brightness levels to enjoy the best breathing and mediation exercises thatâs best for you. This bear is perfect if you are really stressed out about something. It helps me to reduce stress and anxiety by listening to the soft sounds.You can adjust the volume to your liking. Itâs load enough also. See my video I posted here that I did turn up the sounds. It also has several different sound that you can pick one.The bear has pretty bright lights that you can also adjust the brightness.The cute bear is a white rubbery material that also has a volume control, on off button and a music button. It also come with a charger cord for fast charging.If I had to pick something that I would change it would be the night light feature. After 2 hours it will shut off.And after you turn it off it remembers what sounds you listen to last and saves it which is a very nice feature.Overall this is worth the money and it helps us sleep at night with the different sounds and this bear is a very good breathing helper.I highly recommend this to anyone.

Adorable & Supports Calming Down and Sleep
As an adult struggling to sleep at night, it was therapist recommended I attempt using a sound machine. After using this for just a mere few days, I am sleeping for longer stretches and sleeping better. The sound machine is very calming, and it has different settings and levels of sound. I use it while studying for college too! Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend for children and adults for calming sounds, a night light, and better sleep!

Best Night light
My Daughter 6-7 loves this Kitty! She can change the colors and rotate through the sounds. I see her with it all the time. Parents, It keeps her out of our bed and in her own room overnight. We talked about the colors and how to practice calming breathing. We have tried so many different night lights and the battery life is great. It is soft and stays cool. Easy enough for a child to use right out of the box. It comes with a charging cord too. I highly recommend.

Cute Design I just wish the sounds were more soothing.The stagnate color is white (instead of red which doesnât mess with your night vision) and I just canât dim it enough to my liking.

The soft silicone makes it a nice thing to have in the bed. We haven’t tried the breathing exercises yet, but the colour options are nice too for the light. Would be nice to add a musical lullaby or something similar to the noise options.
