My Preferred Shirataki Noodle Brand
I’ve been ordering Miracle Noodles for seven years. The shipping is free, the packaging is good, and the product is a blessing if you love a variety of noodles but need to cut back on carbs and gluten like I do. These are great in soups, stews, and blended into green salads. The Miracle Noodles brand has lots of variety which includes pre-blended meals.Although you can just warm them up, I recommend sauteeing them for a few minutes to make the consistency closer to what you are used to.For salads, I just cut them up a bit and throw them in rinsed and not warmed. They are augment the salad dressing and everyone seems to like them very much. I only use part of the bag so you can get 2-3 salads out of one eight once bag.I always cut them while they are in their wrapping with scissors to make them shorter and easier to grap with a fork. Then I rinse them before heating and eating. They are flavorless.

Good stuff. According to literature, shirataki noodles are beneficial, unique, low calorie and satiating.Shirataki is Japanese for white waterfall. They are made with glucomannan flour and lots of water. they also are supposed tio help with weight loss.We tried them and prepared them the usual way by a little pan frying before boiling with a veggie mix. Taste was ok, especially, if you sprinkle in some lime juice, soy sauce or even Tabasco. Best part, really low carbs which especially helps in weight loss and especially for diabetics.

We love these and are very very reminiscent of a Ramen/Angel hair style noodle.We eat them with Alfredo, lashka, Ramen and love it. Just make sure to rinse well and drain well, enjoy!

Can’t chew it, tough as fishing line.
This was terrible, I opened it and it was like a tangled ball of fishing line to chew on. Nothing edible. I put it down the garbage disposal and it almost stopped the machine. Will never buy again or recommend it.

I would go to Down To Earth Store and sometimes they had this item. I live by myself so cost isn’t a problem where if it was a family might be out of budget. Low in calories and taste good to me. Quick easy meal time by just adding so veggies and sauce.

Are non chewable⦠you can chew for ten minutes and they donât break down. Disappointed in product. Presentation and packaging is wonderful and professional but cannot eat them. Fast delivery and transaction was excellent though.

I never write reviews even on products I love â¦. Iâll give it 5 stars and move on. Iâm writing this today not for the products sake but for YOU! Itâs unbelievable how wonderful this product is for 10 calories for the whole pkg.1. I have only tried the Angel hair, mentioning this cz the texture is very good but canât say for any other style. 2. Only prepared it one way: I went to Panda Express got the plate with super greens (90 calories) and double entree of spicy shrimp ( each serving 130 calories so total of 260 calories) brought it home, washed noodles under hot water in colander, placed noodles in sizzling hot skillet and cooked for a few minutes spreading noodles to evaporate moisture, dumped all the Panda Express stuff in skillet, fried it around a little bit and it was delicious!!!! A huge styrofoam plate over flowing with this delicious Chinese food for a total of 360 calories and hardly no carbs!! Itâs truly 2 servings of food and totals 360 calories ð¤·ð»ââï¸â¦. So yeah â¦. They are miracle noodles ð¤·ð»ââï¸
