The soluble fiber found in the Miracle Noodle slows digestion and prolongs the sensation of fullness and is an essential part of any weight loss program. You also absorb more nutrients in the foods you eat with The Miracle Noodle due to the slowing of digestion. By slowing the digestive process, there is a slower absorption of glucose which then requires a slower release of insulin from the pancreas which aids in the normalization of blood glucose after eating a meal. Soluble fiber binds bile acids that are secreted from the gall bladder. These bile acids have cholesterol in them and are bound up by the soluble fiber in the Miracle Noodle and then excreted.

Perfect for a low carb/keto pasta lover
Where was this a few years ago?! Keto would have been so much easier. These have absolutely zero taste BUT obsorb the flavor of sauce amazingly. The texture is a little strange (rubbery kind of) but not enough to keep me from eating it. Now I can have all my favorite pastas without the crazy amount of carbs ð

Delicious
I cooked some of this up the other night in a hot pan for 5 minutes, then added yellow fin tuna in olive oil along with basil pesto sauce and a bit of green Morrocan Harissa and simmered it for an additional 5 minutes. It was sooooo good.

Could Literally Eat This Everyday.
Great texture! Neutral flavor and low calories. I could honestly eat this every day. I like to cook so this is the perfect combination for making some really great dishes. With a simple recipe and good ingredients to add to the noodles, the sky is the limit. My only complaint is that I want more. Enjoyed!!

Good substitute, horrible portion.
This is great as a sub for pasta. But the price just isn’t worth it. Would be more cost effective to make your own. They have videos on YouTube. And amazon sells all the ingredients you need to DIY make the noodles at home.

Package arrived virtually empty with nothing but water
I tried hearts of palm “pastas” and was disappointed in the texture. Nothing like real pasta. More like raw squash. Then I discovered It’s Skinny Konjac Shirataki angel hair pasta, which was a great alternative to real pasta; not so much the Fettuccine in the grocery store. So I thought I would try another brand since I could order just a single package of these. Except for water and very few cellophane like pieces the package arrived empty! There was nothing to try! Amazon made good on the purchase but I would not try these again after that experience.

Bland dense noodles w fiber
I was excited to try. The way they are made they don’t absorb any flavor from the broth they are in. Very CHEWY which is not what you expect from a noodle. I can’t even decide if I want to give them a 2nd chance. I probably will though. And experiment. I eat plant based and am used to some “odd” versions of traditional foods but this one, so far disappointed. Will update if we manage to get some flavor into the actual noodle.

Good tip for great texture!
I really do love these noodles. I went back to low carb a few weeks ago to restart my heath journey, and these were the first things I bought. The noodles themselves essentially taste like nothing, so the spices/sauces you use really do take center stage of any dish you make, with the noodles providing that satisfying pasta substitute.A friend once gave me this tip, and it really made a difference for me- boil the noodles for 3 minutes, and then dry roast them in a skillet (no oil added) until they are dry and make a squeaking sound when you move them around the skillet. This gets rid of the rubbery taste and lets them better absorb the sauces. I always make the noodles this way, and they are always delicious.

Good, but Small Quantity
1 package is good for a single, not so hungry person. (1 pack miracle noodles = a little less then 1 pack of generic ramen noodles). The package says 2 servings per pack, so I mistakingly thought that if I bought 2 packs, it would be enough for 3 people with some left over. NOPE! It was only enough for 2 people to feel kinda sorta satisfied. At $2.60 per pack, this makes it an expensive side dish. When prepared in a good sauce, it is tasty and I’d love to eat it again, but I will look for cheaper alternatives.Note: I know that generic ramen noodles also says 2 servings per pack, so I should not have been so naive to believe that 1 pack could serve 2 people.

Received this and was shocked to find it was 4 years out of date! Terrible

Good alternative to regular noodles however I found them to be hard and chewy no matter what I did with them, which I found slightly off putting.

I don’t get why someone would want to try a virtually no-calorie, no-carb product and expect it to taste the same as a bowl of italian pasta. So yeah, if you came here looking for gourmet, forget it. It’s a fibre noodle, it has the consistency of jelly made noodles, which is really not bad. It does have a slight “fishy” smell when you open it, but then again – don’t smell it from the pack. Why would you? Once you rinse it off all the smell is gone, it absorbs perfectly any sauce and it really makes you feel like you ate a pig (the fibre expands in the stomach so you feel like you had a 7 course meal, in a good way). Still quite expensive, but worth it if you’re on low carb or calorie control diets!
