Not melamine but they sure look like it.
I was pleasantly surprised by these bowls. I really was looking for melamine bowls because the hard, shiny surface is so much more attractive than the softer plastics that absorb colors and odors. These are hard and shiny, easy clean, no stains, and so much lighter than ceramic or even melamine. These are a great buy, and pretty enough to be mistaken for ceramic. Lids seem to fit well. No complaints!

They are perfect for hosting, prepping or storing. The sizes are so versatile. They stack and nest perfectly and the color is adorable!

Large and decent coloring
I was expecting a softer pink, but the shade of pink isn’t awful. The largest bowl is incredibly large. I have put tomato sauce in one, which normally stains a bowl, but the material didn’t. These are light in weight. I haven’t used a pastry blender in it yet, so I don’t know how well it stands up to slightly sharp edges. I used the Keurig mini to relay color, and hopefully, it is helpful. The bowl is darker than the pink Keurig mini.

Perfect Needed A Pink Snack Bowl
I skipped right over these thinking they were fragile mixing bowls, but they are actually good durable plastic snack bowls. I was looking desperately for a light pink snack bowl for my popcorn and chips and finally found one!
