Neat little cushion
This one is firmly packed. Cover is removable for cleaning. And it is comfortable to sit kneeing, cross legged, or as foot rest while sitting on a chair.I now have 3 different meditation seats to compare.To sit cross legged: crescent and round are more comfortable than benchTo sit with legs outside of seat: the round one is very comfortable (height and width). Crescent is doable but a bit too low and too wide. Bench is too wide to sit with legs out comfortably.Bench is the only seat to have the knees and shins under your body.Crescent is also very comfortable as a head pillow while doing corpse pose.Truth be told, foam yoga blocks are perfectly fine as seats (use one and put a bath towel folded thickly on top to make the perfect height). If you are finicky about meditation seats, these 3 different types all have their strength.

I want to first start this review by saying I received this item for free but that this does not affect my review or opinion of the item. I also would like to note that I have received quite a few Wellrox items for free, but this still does not affect my review.For all of the Wellrox items I am reviewing, I am giving a short explanation as to why I chose these items since I ordered so many: I recently started practicing yoga for physical and mental health reasons. I had some yoga equipment already, but it was kind of cheap and falling apart, so I was looking for some better yoga equipment to replace it. My knowledge of yoga is also limited to a few blogs and gym classes, so I really only know that Yoga requires a mat and maybe some yoga blocks. When I saw this brands items popping up when I was searching, I got curious about the many options I had for equipment through them, and decided to order a bunch of their items to try.The Review:I had never actually heard of a “bolster” Pillow before, and had to do some research as to what it is and how to use it. After following a Youtube yoga routine (If you’ve seen my Wellrox item reviews on other items, you know Youtube is my common go-to for Yoga routine videos) I can say I am really glad I received this bolster pillow. Using it was absolutely wonderful and added another layer of variety to my Yoga practice as I learn.As far as the quality of the Pillow itself, It is just as nice as all of the other Wellrox Items I have received. Its very firm and larger than I was expecting, then again I have never had a Bolster pillow before. I also appreciate the handle on the side of the pillow, It makes it easy to take out of storage and put away.If your needing a bolster pillow for any reason I can definitely recommend this item.I wanted to close this out by adding that all of the items I have received from Wellrox seem to be very high quality. I had never heard of the brand before and decided to research them a bit, it seems they are a company that specializes in podiatrist approved sandals. I would say you cannot go wrong with anything from this brand, and I highly recommend them. Firm but comfortable!
This is the first meditation cushion Iâve used before. So far Iâve used it when Iâm away from my regular work desk & want to sit in the sun with my laptop. There is also a tea shop that has traditional low seating, so Iâll use the cushion to keep me high enough to be able to do work at the table.The size and density of this cushion are great. The cushion is firm when you sit so it doesnât feel unstable, but not so much that itâs uncomfortable to sit for a longer period of time. The carrying handle is a great touch whether you want to attach it to a bag while traveling, or just carrying it when you have other items in your hand.My one criticism of this product is that there is a very strong chemical/ plastic smell when you first open the package. I unzipped the cover and ended up spritzing the cushion and cover a couple times a day with Febreeze for at least three days before the smell started to dissipate. So just a warning if you plan to use it right away, the smell may be quite strong. I don’t think this detracts from the product as a whole, but just something to be aware of.

Hard but good
The seat is a little harder than I would like it. I know in yoga you are meditating but that doesnât mean you have to full lack comfort. That beg said itâs not a bad seat. I like that it has a handle which make is simple to carry around and to hang up if needed. Itâs just the right size to sit when doing calming yoga moves or even to sit with your legs crossed. It helps with the legs falling asleep. The quality of the fabric is great. It gets hard to stuff the insert in after opening it but once you get it in the zipper closes no problem.

I didn’t have a high hope on the cushion when placing the order, especially since it has only a few reviews. Upon receiving it, I tried it out and found the sitting very comfortable. The height of the cushion is not too high or too low. I am unsure how a generic cushion without a sizing option (small, medium, or large) could be right about fitting my physical size. I later replaced a regular sofa pillow used for meditation with this cushion. It’s like a game change. Sitting is more comfortable, and I can stay longer without adjusting my body position.I highly recommend this cushion for people who need to sit on the floor. This cushion not only eases the effort in keeping the backbone straight for a good and healthy position but also releases pressure on the legs.
