Khorasan/KAMUT is a variety of durum wheat that is grown today in Saskatchewan, Canada, and Montana. It traces its roots back thousands of years to the Fertile Crescent in today’s Iran and Afghanistan. Khorasan/KAMUT has a sweet, nutty, buttery flavor, and when cooked releases a gentle fragrance of white flowers and pine nuts.

The spaghetti is delicious.
Product arrived on time and was not at all damaged. The spaghetti cooks up well and is delicious with a lovely texture. We ate it with a burst cherry tomato sauce. Itâs much better tasting and has a better texture than regular spaghetti. However, be aware that the spaghetti is not made from whole grain flour. If you are looking for a whole grain spaghetti, sadly this isnât it. But, if you donât care about that, this is a much tastier version of spaghetti.

This product is top shelf quality. This kamut brand of spaghetti taste better than the store bought traditional wheat brand. I never have to eat that again if I can consistently get this product. The noodles donât cook too fast. I like my noodles with a little life in them and not too limp and this product leaves room for that. And the best part is its only 2 ingredients. My favorite part. Water and kamut. Not 50 ingredients that are harmful to the gut. Keep producing this product and I will by. Its dr sebi approved in my book
