I read that liquid vitamins were more beneficial once you’re over the age of 50. So I switched to liquid a few years past. I’m new to this brand, but I like the flavor and my energy levels have been positive. I take it most mornings and store it in the fridge w my eye masks.

I received my first order with a defective seal. Reached out to customer service and they responded promptly and sent me a new one with no hassle. Just tried it. Taste is not good but put a little milk on my spoon and then added the vitamin on top, drank it fast. Couldn’t really taste it that way. I think it just might work as long as my stomach doesn’t get upset. Looking forward to feeling better.

I purchased this product with the hopes of adding more vitamins and minerals to my everyday diet and I honestly just couldn’t get past the taste. I am not a fan.If I had to describe the flavor I would say it tastes like some type of berry cold medicine with a liquid/chalky texture. I’ve never liked the taste of berry cold medicine so perhaps that ruined it for me. Needless to say, it is still in my refrigerator and every time I look at it I shutter.I do, however, like all the health benefits that are advertised which is what brought me to the product in the first place. I didn’t take it long enough to experience anything, but hopefully someone else will.
