Insomnia approved! Side sleeper approved!
For weeks I have been have really struggled to sleep and my insomnia was pretty bad so I decided to buy this and see if it helps. This blind fold does a great job at blocking out light and I was surprised at the quality of it. It feels so comfortable kind of like memory foam but not too bulky . The straps are adjustable and feel durable. I admit I hesitated with buying this one because of the price and the design looked kinda bland and boring I’ve seen cuter mask but tbh this one is so worth it . The comfort out weighs the design. After buying this even on restless night , it knocks me right out after putting it on . Doesn’t feel heavy or anything. Just buy it fr you will thank yourself later I know the price is kinda high for a single sleep mask but it comes with earplugs and a little bag of you need it and again the quality just feels nice on your face. Was worried that it would be uncomfortable because I sleep on my side but I feel no pressure or weight on my nose and I breathe and sleep just fine with it on. Definitely helped my sleep quality improve after sleepless nights . Definitely worth the buy!

This mask is pretty excellent! Itâs comfortable and completely blocks out light. I love that the eye cups are hollowed out so that it doesnât touch your eyes. That makes it much more pleasant to wear. Itâs so comfortable that I have woken up and forgotten that I had it on. I tried to swipe my phone and thought, âwhy wonât it open?â Duh self, because you have the mask on!! (Apparently Iâm a little slow when I wake up. ð)The only reason I didnât give it 5 stars is because after having it a few months the material is starting to fray. It still works for now but I would have expected it not to fray from regular wear.

I never thought I’d need an eye mask, but after diving into sleep research, I realized the benefits of simulating a pitch-black room.
