Great Protein
I’m quite happy with this protein powder. Lots of other protein powders taste really bad (e.g., pea protein) or don’t agree with my stomach (e.g., whey) but egg protein powder works well for me. This one is a good value for money compared to other, more expensive egg protein powder brands. The size is large so it’ll last me awhile.

Great source of protein
I like to change it up every once in a while and Iâll use egg protein instead of whey. Taste is meh, but doesnât really bother me. Mixes and tastes better than other egg white powders on the market. It does foam up in the shaker a bit but no biggie. I would recommend this product and probably the 3-4th container Iâve gotten. Thanks for making the smaller packaging too.

Great for smoothies
I use it in my breakfast smoothies for the protein benefit. I personally on use one scoop, because I felt it had a slight taste to it. My friend doesn’t think it does, but she makes a different smoothie than mine. It was the egg protein with no additives which we both found to be a plus. I would definitely recommend it.

Disgusting taste
Hands down worst tasting protein I have ever tried. It doesnât taste like something edible. Very hard flavor to cover up as well.

Works, tastes terrible though.
I have been using this for a few months now as I have had some issues with some dairy products. I’ve noticed an increase in my muscle growth coupled with a generally higher protein diet. The taste is atrocious on its own though. Like drinking raw egg or something, and I tried it in Lactaid milk, various other drinks, juices etc. The only thing that’s worked to cover it is chocolate milk (lactaid again). I don’t really want to use it for baking or cooking as I’m unsure how heat affects the proteins stability. I wish it came in chocolate flavor on its own. I’ve been using chocolate pea protein mixed in which helps, but lots of gas and discomfort from that, so back to the drawing board. Chocolate milk is fatty and higher in sugar after all.

Barely any taste
For your daily proteins shake, you MUST have a product thatâs pure and doesnât have additives. Too many products have suclarose which is really not good for you. We all know whey protein is linked to cancer and the plant based protein have GMO and pesticide contamination, which long term will give you cancer. All we have left is the egg based protein which is perfect and so complete. I was very concerned about the taste, I can tell you that it doesnât have any taste. Maybe at the end. The texture can be a little disgusting. The best way to take it is with water, mix it with a frother and drink it all at once. I personally still prefer to hold my breath lol. Itâs not something you will sip on and enjoy because yes there is no additives, no fake sugar etc . Itâs just to get your amount of clean protein and nothing else. No upset stomach or anything. We all know good things donât usually taste good (who gets excited to eat brocolis). As long as you are not a crying baby, you will be fine with it. Truly you can barely taste it. The naked whey or the naked casein is way worse. Naked casein I would choke on it out of disgust.

Not 44 servings, 32 at best
A quality product, but they claim 44 servings per container. No way. At best, 32 servings. I initially bought this because of the claimed number of servings which they fall way short on, making this just average value compared to others in its category. No bang for your buck here. Just go with any quality egg white powder that’s offering the best deal at the time.
