A Waste Of Money
I took the bait based on a few questionable reviews. These things arenât soft or comfortable at all. To get them in my nose was a painful and difficult experience. Once there I realized two things: I couldnât wear these for five minutes, let alone all night, and they didnât work anyway. Since I couldnât return them they went straight into the trash. Save yourself the disappointment.

did not work for me
the airhole is small so it made a lot of noise to breath through.the large size was way too small and made me sneeze while inserted.did not work for me at all but maybe if you have a tiny nose/nostrils it will work for you?
