How to use
Wash
Before using the nasal strip prepare nose by washing and drying. Makeup and moisturizers can weaken the adhesive.
Place
Remove liner. Be sure to avoid touching strip adhesive. Hold the strip by the liner material for optimal adhesion. Center the strip on the bridge of your nose. The flexible spring in the strip should rest just above your nostrils.
Apply
Press & hold to ensure top performance. Rub outward to the ends of the strip to fully adhere. Press and hold for 30 seconds.
Remove
For better removal results, wet your nose with warm water while washing your face or during a shower. Gently lift both ends and remove slowly to minimize risk of injury. Single use.

I can finally get some sleep
As a very light sleeper I was desperate for some good sleep, but I have a spouse who snores quite loudly and so I’d wake him to turn over. I purchased this pack of snore strips for him, and they are working like magic. The adhesive isn’t irritating but still strong and the packaging is easier than other brands! No more loud snores from him and more sleep for both of us.

These are amazing and work a hell of a lot better than breathe right strips! I suffer with…I don’t know what but everytime nine o’ clock rolls around my nose just gets stuffed up and I can’t breathe, which results in a lot of things like dry mouth, bad breath and could lead you to going to the dentist! xP these work pretty well and I haven’t had a terrible night of sleep since purchasing these. I literally can’t live without nose strips now! You may look like you broke your nose ha but they work very well! I should say for a pack of 26 (? can’t remember exact amount) breathe right strips its about 8 bucks or more depending where you get them. These you get 50 for 12 bucks, so you’re getting more bang for your buck. Who doesn’t love to save money?Pros:-doesn’t leave stick residue-good adhesive-opens up nose better than breathe right-easy to apply-doesn’t hurt to take off-save money-sleep betterCons:-If you wash your face and put lotion on, it probably won’t stick. I wash my face, dry then tone my nose then apply the strip and do the rest of my skincare. I do notice that if I apply lotion or serums close to the strip it ends up coming off sooner than I would like.-It’s hot! I seem to sweat a lot under these strips-Acne, since using them I have noticed I have got more pimples on my nose. Which that could be cause the pores can’t breathe under the strips-If you screw up and put it on wrong, you’re basically screwed (I placed it wrong the first time and it ended up kind of poking me in the eye-If you have sensitive skin, it could make your skin red and dryOther than that, this product is great! I will recommend to anyone who has nasal issues! Just make sure to really cleanse if you have oily skin or it will not stick! I have noticed using witch hazel works better for it to stick to my nose.

Strong adhesion
These definitely stick! If your skin is greasy, you might be able to pull it off after a few hours without an issue, but I had to soak them with water every morning and they were still uncomfortable to pull off. That being said, they do exactly what they are supposed to.

These Now Reign As BETTER Than Popular Brands for Quality, Value, and for Not Tearing My Nose Off!!
First, the value is superior — much more for the money. Secondly, they stay put much better — other brands lift on the ends at the slightest moisture or if they get touched accidentally. Finally, THEY’RE EASY TO REMOVE — unlike some brands that will only come off if you bathe your nose in oily cream or water so that you don’t pull the skin off your nose!! This clear brand is perfect for my sensitive skin while it assures that I’m going to breathe easily so that I can fall asleep. This is my new GO-TO brand for strips, and I’ll continue to buy them on Amazon: hopefully, the price will hold out as they become more popular. PS — For those who gave review that the strips came off, you can’t place any strip on the nose if you’ve used any substance on the skin — skin creams, petroleum jelly, makeup, and even water will repel the adhesive (this is a basic law of physics). BUT, when it’s time to take them off in the morning, apply vaseline or skin cream or baby oil with a rubbing motion along the strip as it lifts off. ALSO — if your skin is really when the strip is applied, it will stick to your nose like cement (which is what you want) — Then, Considering this tip for removal of the strip, there should be no problem with adhesion.KP Harwell

Not good enough
I purchased these in place of the breathe right brand. They also have one that’s supposed to be strong and for sensitive skin. These are much less expensive but they’re nowhere near as springy as the ones from Bteathrite. In other words they don’t open up your breathing passages as well. So it probably depends upon what you’re using them for. If you’re congested and need to have them work very well, I would get the breathe right. If it’s just for a little extra breathing during running or other exercise these might work for you. I’m going back to the Bteathrite brand. Of course you can always put two of these together, meaning one on top of the other to increase the springiness. I’ve done that and it works well but the cost goes up significantly and it’s bulky.

Very weak adhesion
I thought these were promising, as they are made from a different material than the nasal strips I usually buy, hopefully leading to less irritation. They were, in fact.Unfortunately, the adhesion on these strips is very weak, leading to the majority of them to begin peeling off themselves within an hour. I washed my face and dried very well before applying these, so I’m really not sure these are being sold as “Extra Strength”.

Holds up to the name brand
Bought these as a cheaper alternative to the name brand after being burned by another discount brand. These hold their own against the “extra strength” name brand version. The design is nearly identical and they stay on my nose through the night just like the expensive ones do. My only (minor) complaint is how the paper sleeve that holds each strip opens along the long edge instead of the short edge like the competitors, but that’s only a minor annoyance as the strips work well all night. Will buy again!
