These are great me and my kids views them for years. The only bad thing is when your body starts to become dependent on them to sleep. Like anything you eventually will hit that wall. I personally donât recommend more than 5 mg but I know a lot of doctors who recommend 20 mg or more. I take them as needed for sleep and they actually taste pretty good and kick in within 35 to 60 minutes.
