Customers say
Customers like the taste, carb count, and value of the noodles. They mention they’re delicious, a great noodle substitute, and good for a low-carb diet. However, some customers feel the value for money is poor, saying there are not very many noodles for the money. Opinions are mixed on the texture and firmness.

Great substitute for real Lasagna pasta.
I’ve used these several times to make keto lasagna and I have not been disappointed. Don’t expect it to taste lime regular lasagna pasta, but it is still good. I will continue to purchase this product.

Exceed expectations
Iâve been on and off the keto diet and always have a hard time since I love my pasta, starch and pizzas. I decided to give this alternative lasagna and it did not disappoint! I am an incredibly picky eater and thought that this replacement would taste terrible at worse or passable at best. It actually exceeded my expectations. It was delicious, the texture is almost spot on to the real deal. If you didnât tell me I wouldnât have known the difference. My wife and I both thought this was one of my best lasagnas yet. Itâs a bit pricey for what you get in the box, Itâs enough for 2 layers in a small dish but I like doing 3 layers and fell short. If the cost can be brought down, this would be a permanent replacement forever!

Good
Pasta is good, but would like for it to take the taste of the lasagna and not still taste the artichoke

Terrible
Tried for the first timeâ¦terrible. The taste is very weird like a noodle celery. I even tried with Alfredo sauce to hide the taste.

Tastes like Asparagus
So, I’m eating low-carb and was looking for something to replace pasta. This is not it, but I’ll explain why I gave it 3 stars: I didn’t expect it to taste like pasta, nor did I expect the same texture; I’ve been dieting most of my life & understand that food substitutes have their own flavor, so okay with me. And this did not, in any way, taste like pasta.I read the product reviews & descriptions & tried it anyway. Here’s what it tastes & smells & feels like: asparagus, cuz it’s the same plant family. But it’s kind of sweet, so you have to soak it for a bit before you use it. I tried to soak it in milk like some suggested, but what worked better (taste-wise) was salty water (not too much salt.) That seemed to cut the sweetness. It wasn’t bad, but just did not work with the low-carb beef stroganoff I made (I sliced the ‘noodles’.)Anyway, it’s not bad – it just wasn’t quite what I was expecting.

Great substitute for lasagna noodles
Used this product as a substitute for lasagna noodles for a family gathering. SIGNIFCANTLY lower carbs than regular pasta. No one even recognized the difference until they were told. It is a bit stringy and is a little harder to cut with a fork than regular lasagna noodles. One drawback is that for a normal sized 9″ x 13″ lasagna pan you will need approximately 1½ packages to get two (2) layers of noodles. This makes it about $12/per pan. So a bit pricey, but definitely will save on the carbs.

Flavorless, healthy, substitute for noodles
These were a great substitute for noodles for lasagna! One box only made a small dish, enough to feed me and my husband for two nights, so if youâre making a big family size, 2-4 boxes will be necessary. But honestly, they didnât contribute flavor-wise, they were just sort of there as a foundation and they totally did the trick! You do need to cut them with a butter knife when eating, it was a little tough to separate with just fork to get a bite, FYI. But we are vegans and hubby made a delicious all veggie lasagna with vegan âcheaseâ obviously and it was delish!!!! We also donât do gluten or soy so this product fit the bill!! Healthy and served its purpose! Price is high but we will make again!

GREAT PASTA REPLACEMEMT
I’m on a weight loss journey and I missed pasta. This was surprisingly good! Like I would actually eat it even if I wasn’t on a diet! It has a sort of briny smell straight out of the package so I recommend you rinse and pat dry before using. They are pretty delicate so be careful they don’t fall apart before you assemble your lasagna.
