Utterly DISGUSTING
Iâve never written an Amazon review before, but this made me want to share my thoughts. As soon as I opened it up & smelled it, I knew there was NO WAY I was eating it! Strange texture, overpowering smell. I couldnât even bring myself to chew it, much less swallow it! To each their own. But, at that price? I was expecting something that ACTUALLY tasted like pasta!

Faux Pasta
I really enjoyed this faux pasta. I prepared it with Kirkland marinara sauce with 3 tbs of Italian spices and cooked in a saucepan. Combined with Kirkland meatballs. It was awesome yet low carb. There is a slight palm heart after taste but minimal. Highly recommend.

This âpastaâ is made from Hearts of Palm. Ultimately, it really doesnât have much flavor – so it donât alter the taste of yer sauce.So you can enjoy a âspaghettiâ dinner once again – without having to ingest a plate full of carbs that will lead to the diabeetusâ¦! :^(The only drawback is the texture. The noodles are a bit more on the chewier side. Works well with any sauce youâd use, but had more of a Ramen type consistency. It takes some getting used to – but worth it to avoid the slow death that carb-laden foods lead to. :^ oThey have other products, like âmashed potatoesâ – so itâs at least worth a try. You def wonât loathe it.

Too chewy***update
I did see reviews it was chewy but was not expecting it to be too chewy. I will not buy this product again. To me it added a weird taste to the dish. ***I tried it again, since I bought 3 boxes. This time I cut the noodles up into small bite size and you didn’t notice the chewiness of the noodles. Also, the after taste did not show up this time….so that could have been the sauce instead of the noodles. At this point, I am not sure if I would try again, but glad I gave it a second try.

Very weird!
I would have loved for these to work out as a noodle substitute, however, Iâm so disappointed in the sponge like texture. They were just very strange. I donât think I would be willing to try them again.
