Initially I didn’t feel the pad worked very well. It depends on the how severe your injury is. When i first received it I had fallen on the ice and could barely walk. The pain was great. The problem was it didn’t stay warm long enough for what I needed. As my leg got better and I used the wrap and it made my knee feel much better. I am now 100% back to normal. The heated herbs smell wonderful. It is very zen/spa like. That could be why it works. LOL If you are a little sore it will work but if you are injured it will not.

Well i bought this product based on the video i saw im not sure if i damage a ligament in my knee but after playing vollyball i normally cant walk properly for days, based on the fact my knee gets swollen and hurts badly. After i use this thing it some what got down the swelling and give comfort to the knee, sorry it never heal my knee, but it some what comfort it and i love it. The smell is not as great as they make it seem lol, But the product some what works and i will give it a 4/5

brief time staying warm
i did not like that it only stayed hot to give my painful knee any benefit. so i gave up trying to use it for the purpose that i purchased it and put instead in freeaer to use as ice on my frozen shoulder. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I bought it to give heat to my painful knee but it was useless for this purpse.

Excellent for local heating treatment on the acupuncture points covered
I like nature creation products because they provide excellent local heating treatment on the acupuncture points on each area covered. I microwave the wrap and wear it to sleep. Its pressure on the area covered is very good. My knee feels light-weighted and very comfortable after the heating treatment. It feels good too when wearing it. I’m not particularly interested in the herbs. The smell subsides over time. One can wear it walking, just need to tighten the straps more. I had the shoulder wrap and the back and spine wrap before this one, and they are the reason why I wanted to have this knee wrap. The design and material used are quite similar, just what I wanted.

Bought this for my mom and she loves it. The fragrance is also great and she loves it. She says it helps her alleviate her knee pain as well. The Velcro has held up pretty well and makes the product very handy as you are not trying to get it up your calf and then trying to get it to hold on to the knee..

Not bad. Just wish it would stay warmer longer. The warmth doesn’t seem to last very long. But other than that it heats up nicely in the microwave and the amount of time it does stay warm is very nice on the knees.

âWe own several Nature Creations. I use their largest one to preheat my bed in the winter. I use the smaller ones for various aches and pains. This particular one was a gift for someone with knee pain. They are enjoying that it is more portable than a heating pad and can use the Velcro to get it to stay in place. Very nice product with a light scent(unscented available too).”
