These are my go-to for iron because I can take just one for supplemental iron or two for a full daily value dose depending on needs. All iron supplements taste like metal, naturally. However, I have found that if I keep these in the fridge, they donât âsweatâ as much of the flavor. I also take them with other gummy vitamins to help mask it. But this one has worked for me. Iâve been anemic since I was a teen, and have tried pills but they often upset my stomach. These gummies dont when taken with food.

Gummies completely squished together into bottom of container
These gummies were all squished together and compressed to the bottom third of the container. I pulled all of the gummies apart and coated in sugar to save them and returned them to the bottle. The sugar coating that I added allowed the gummies to not stick excessively together. There was no expiration date on the container so I am concerned that this bottle was way past expiration.
