I like these because they contain what you need without giving you extremely high amounts that are unnecessary and unsafe. Why do they even do that?

I love buying from this brand because it’s an over the counter vitamin that actually fills there bottles. Not my first time purchasing form here and most certainly won’t be my last. The delivery is always fast. It is on the bigger side of pills to swallow but it’s doesn’t have a bad after taste. I’ve been taking it about a year and I’ve noticed a big difference in overall energy. Overall, great purchase!

Work as intended
After Bariatric surgery, doctor said I needed a multivitamin. The first few months I took an easy to dissolve bariatric tablet. After a few months the doctor said I should try two of these a day instead, and regular testing over the past year has shown all of my vitamin and minerals supplied by this multi are right where they should be.

It obviously does the job but out of all the pills/vitamins I take, the taste of this is the least appealing 🙁 once it hits the tongue it has a bitter taste BUT it’s still very good. I wish I could give a 4 and a half star review haha.
