Great and USP certified
So hard to find USP certified vitamins but that is really important to me to make sure itâs safe and what it says it is. The only downside to this vitamin is it doesnât have DHA. I know they have a version with DHA but itâs a huge horse pill so what I do is take this one and a separate DHA. Otherwise this one is great. I do add a choline supplement in as well so I guess thatâs another thing that I wish it had but that would also make it a really big pill. All in all this is a great prenatal vitamin.

Will buy again if needed
Tastes horrible but I wanted something that included folic acid. Itâs enough to last the majority of the pregnancy depending on when you start taking the vitamins. Definitely worth the price and convenience of having it delivered.

The only trusted brand that does not have fish oil!
I have a very hard time with prenatal vitamins because they always contain omega 3s derived from fish oil. For reasons neither I nor my doctors have been able to explain, I can take fish oil supplements without issue, but taking multis that contain fish oil give me a strong fish odor as though I have BV (when I don’t). I assume it has something to do with the way the fish oil is incorporated into the multi, but regardless, I try to buy prenatals without fish oil, and then buy a fish oil supplement separately. This is SO hard to do, being that omega3s are super important for pregnancy. Why don’t I just get a regular multi? Because regular multi’s don’t always contain the necessary vitamins or contain the proper amounts to support pregnancy. When I found this specific prenatal, I was THROUGH THE ROOF! Finally I can just take 1 prenatal and 2 fish oil, and not 1 multi, 2 fish oil, folate, and a handful of other things my multis are missing. I have heard of a few other women sharing in my fish odor problem, but not many, and if you try to google what is going on, everyone just insists you have BV, which can make you feel like an anomaly. Trust yourself and what you know about *your* body. So if you are like me, then 1.) you’re not alone, and I’m here to tell you you don’t have BV (though if you have not experimented on yourself, I recommend stopping your prenatal to see if the fish odor goes away, and then if it does, re-start the prenatal to see if it comes back. Repeat this as many times as you need until you are certain it is the vitamin. Otherwise….. you might have BV. Sorry.). And 2.) this prenatal is actually pretty freaking perfect. Hope someone finds this helpful!

The best!
Does not hurt my stomach and easy to swallow. I tried another brand of gummies before and they were absolutely sickening. I would avoid taking them which obviously isnât great. I even have troubles taking pills and had no problem swallowing these. Only one a day too which is great!

Big bottle
I like that this comes in a large container, I have PCOS and have been TTC for nearly 2 years and I have been taking these the whole time. They don’t cause me any issues and are a great deal.

Finally a prenatal that doesnât smell like fish
Oh god, I was trying to finish my other bottle of pink stork prenatals but I decided to stop torturing myself and I bought this gigantic bottle and woot woot they donât smell. They also only require 1 pill a day. And I truly appreciate that the bottle lasts for basically the whole pregnancy because 1. Itâs like $30 instead of $300 and 2. Why would prenatals come in a 30 day supply if you obviously need a bulk amount! I mean, thank god Iâm not stuck with a huge container of the other smelly ones, but still, it seems so obvious that prenatal brands should offer larger bottles like this one. Itâs a pretty big pill (not capsule) but youâre only taking one and the smell doesnât make it painful. Lol. Recommended.

Top quality
These prenatal have all the good stuff your body needs when growing a little one. I chose to purchase these because it has a lot of important components that other brands are missing and the quantity you get is awesome.
