I Guess it Works
I take this as a supplement and seldom get sick. Donât really know how to review it other than to say I will continue to take it. Itâs in a tablet form; however, Iâm not sensitive to swallowing multiple pills at once, so really donât know if people who are sensitive to swallowing pills will be affected by the tablet.

Helped Heal My Nerve Pain from Sprained Ankle
I sprained my ankle a couple weeks ago and had a sharp nerve pain when I moved it a certain way. Had pain for almost 2 full weeks. I did some research and found out that taking high potency B vitamins would help with nerve regeneration.I ordered these, took them everyday and now my nerve pain in my ankle is completely gone!!
