Yes, they smell, but they are small and easy to get down and worked.
I was attempting to boost my B1 Thiamine levels for a myriad of reasons and too high of a dose from the synthetics upset my stomach. These go down smooth and settle just fine. I was on the borderline for B1 and now after 3 months I’m in the high green range in my labs. There has been statements about these being bigger, or smell or taste bad – it’s subjective. They do smell bad – kind of like dog food. They can taste bad – so they’re best taken with a meal in-between bites. As far as size, if you can take an ibuprofen tablet or gel cap you can get one of these down. I feel like this is a superior product and it met my needs perfectly. Daily user and will continue.
