A very good supplement that returned my D3 level to the normal range
I’m very leary of buying supplements online. You never know for sure what you’re getting. Or at least, that’s my worry.
A little research told me that many doctors recommend the Nature Made brand. When my doc told me that my Vitamin D level was almost the lowest he’d seen in all his decades as a doctor, I was very concerned. He told me to be sure to get the Vitamin combined with K2 since they work together to help you use calcium for your bones and not deposited in your arteries as plaque.
He put me on a 3 month regimen of a pretty high dose and I was happy to be back to normal at the 3 month mark. That told me this supplements brand includes what it claims.
I’ve been buying this brand for about 3 years now and am very pleased with it. The small capsule size is very easy to swallow, so that’s a great bonus!

I always wonder if I’m getting what the bottle says when I buy supplements. And after testing at “almost the lowest level” he’s ever seen, my doctor recommended I get a D3 + K2 supplement. These two vitamins work together. The D3 is good for so many things, especially my bones and immunity. As he explained it, the K2 is necessary to make sure calcium is deposited in my bones rather than building up as plaques in my arteries.
I’ve been taking this supplement for several months now and my last blood test showed my Vit D level to be back well within the normal range.
Aside from it raising my D3 level, this pill is small and very easy to take. No sticking in my throat.
My only negative criticism is about the packaging. The bottle is far too big, which means a large amount of plastic is used to bottle 30 tiny little pills. That’s extremely wasteful and contributes unnecessarily to plastic waste. The manufacturer needs to do better. The big bottle is just a marketing trick and isn’t fooling us into thinking we are getting more. The bottle is plainly marked as containing 30. Please consider using an appropriately sized bottle.

After 30 day of use I have noticed a big difference. I have more energy, able to use the bathroom regularly, better sleep and less hot flashes. I just ordered a 2nd bottle. Key is to take it every day in order to notice a difference. Small soft gels very easy to swallow. I take it either before dinner or after.

Was told by my Dr. I lacked vitamin D. Did some research and found out it absorbs better in your system when taken with vitamin K. This blend has both and since using it my vitamin D levels are back in the normal range as of my last test. Highly recommended.
