Delicious!
The Nature Valley everything bagel crunch bar is everything I hoped it would be… savory, satisfying, filling, low sugars, extra protein, and portable! Bonus that it’s gluten free. Yes it can be crumbly but I just break it up in it’s package and tip the pouch to my mouth! Exactly what I’ve been craving in a snack! Thank you, Nature Valley!

Worse than you think
I love savory things. I love cheese, and I love nuts, and I love granola bars. It seemed like an obvious fact, then, that I would enjoy these. I am not exaggerating when I say that I made it two bites into this crumbly disaster before I was literally gagging. It doesn’t taste like cheese, or nuts, or granola. It tastes like sadness and vomit, in the most literal sense. When I first opened the package, I was upset to see that there was only one granola rectangle per wrapper, unlike the oats and honey bars. However, after tasting it, I understand why. Even if someone were to like these, more than one would be completely overboard.Of course, I’m not saying that EVERYONE will hate these as much as I do. If there are people who like blood sausage or sea cucumber, then I’m sure there are people out there who would like this as well. However, unfortunately, I am NOT one of them. Feel free to try them out for yourself, but don’t be shocked when that second bite nearly evacuates your stomach

nothing but crumbs
poorly packed, I have little packages of savory nut bar crumbs. Tastes good, but much is wasted trying to pick bits & pieces out of the wrapper or funnel the crumbs into my mouth. Wasteful of all the bits that don’t get into the mouth-

Not Much Taste
We like the flavor and texture of almost all of the Nature Valley products, but the Savory one had little taste and was very crumbly. So was the White Cheddar one. Try the Cashew.

Like the bars, but arrived crushed
I like the taste but it arrived in less than optimal condition. They shipped it in a soft pack and the box was mangled and all the bars were broken. Still edible, but not worth the cost.

Eating these actually saves me money! Perfect for on the go!
People who like stable blood sugar and who don’t want to eat candy bars masquerading as “protein bars” are probably a niche group (for now), but I really hope Nature Valley never stops making these.Yes, there are myriad bars out there, but most of them taste so sweet even when they have no sugar. There is only so much vanilla-caramel-chocolate-nut-cookie dough I can eat before my palate is begging for something savory. How do they save me money? With the price of everything going up, I really don’t want to stop to eat out while running errands all morning. Not to mention, a lot of restaurant food is loaded with salt. I live where there is good transit, so I don’t have a car. I don’t feel like hauling around a lunch on an ice pack on top of all the other sundries that I must carry. One can’t eat on the bus anyway. While not a meal replacement, these will tide me over. With one or two of these in my bag, I am set.Would I like more protein? Sure. Would I prefer organic? Yeah, but then how much would they cost? Are they a little too crumbly? Probably, but lemme tell you, those are some grateful pigeons at the bus stop, lol. And at only 8% of the RDA of sodium, I could probably eat two.Nature Valley, please don’t stop making these. Other brands have tried savory, but then they stopped. Sad face.

Dont get your hopes up.
I was so freaking excited to see a savory granola bar on the market. I am so sick and tired of having sickeningly sweet desert flavored protien bars when I get too busy to eat lunch. I ordered a box of each flavor and honestly barely tasted a difference between them because each one offers just a hint of the flavor they claim to be. Despite being ‘savory’ they all still had a strong sweet honey flavor to them which does not jive with the cheddar by the way. I understand there needs to be a binding agent of some sort but that aint it apparently because every single bar was broken. If it was mostly whole, the second i bit into it the rest of it would crumble onto my shirt(dont eat and drive). I really dont see how this got past beta testing. Nature valley really missed the mark here on this gap in the market. There could be so many good flavors.

So Good!
These are delightful. They may have been a little broken from the delivery, but still very delicious!
