Great Product!
I feel better now that I have been taking this for a couple months. It helps me get the much needed vitamins that I feel I am lacking in the foods I eat today.

Good to know these are natural, easy to swallow and as a nurse I selected well.
I decided to reboot my vitamin orders and I read all the fine print and as a nurse these looked the best with natural well selected ingredients plus more. Please read fine print I wonât remember them all.I take them in the mornings whole with my morning meds and two in afternoon.There is no difficulty swallowing or no other problems like tummy. Calcium can help a person sleep sometimes I take them later in the day with water and after late meal. I think I read you can open the capsule and put on food if difficulty swallowing. I will recommend this brand to everyone especially my old hospital coworkers. Nice to have a healthy calcium so I can have peace of mind.

I’m over 40 and these REALLY help my bones feel better. I used to take only 2/day but I really do have to take 4. I subscribe and this shipment, they just didn’t care. Thankfully, the pills are still intact this time.

Similar and more affordable than Algae Cal
Naturelo is my new supplement of choice. I took AlgaeCal for years when I was working. Now that I am retired and AlgaeCal prices have increased, I was priced right out of AlgaeCal. The ingredients in Naturello are fairly close dosage (slightly less mg of each) to what AlgaeCal has (plant based calcium, Vitamin K, Vitamin D3, Boron, Vitamin C, Potassium, Copper), and has a couple more minor ones AlgaeCal doesn’t have (Zinc and Manganese). I have no complete proof it works yet, but I have to take something or go on the horrible prescription Osteoporosis drugs, which I’ve been trying to avoid. Gotta try something and this is affordable. Will see.

Saw improvement on bone density text.
Every body is different. I have osteoporosis. Did not want to take the pharma meds. Dr. told me of another option, plant based calcium supplements. The one she suggested was too expensive and I saw an ingredient that didn’t work for me. I researched and found Naturelo. Was taking 2 caps instead of 4 caps daily for 1 1/2 years b4 my dexa test. The test showed improvement in my spine and no changes, either way, in my hips. The prior years of testing, always showed a decline. So I would say, there’s hope. I am still taking only half dosage and my next dexa is the end of 2025.ð¤If I remember, I will give an update.
