I feel much better since taking these. I noticed improvement after a little bit more than a week. I was permanently feeling tired and now I do not feel tired anymore. These do not upset my stomach and I take them with a meal. They do have a little taste and are quite big, but I’m ok with it.

These are just a great all around vitamin. I became more health conscious a little while ago and whenever I think of something I might want to add to my vitamin routine (this one and 1 other), I checl the bottle of this this one and that particular vitamin is already included! I don’t know what it is, but I noticed the day after I took this for the first time, that my mood and energy were noticably improved. Literally, it was a dark and rainy Monday, working from home, and I just got my period … But I was in such a good mood – What? So I’ve been playing around with testing these and observing myself, and I consistently feel better when I take them, the primary effects being elevated mood and energy.Like most supplements that come in capsule form, there can be an aftertaste. Just take it with a spoonful of yogurt or Keifer and it’ll go down smooth with no taste/aftertaste at all.10/10 I recommend these to everyone
