I really cannot write enough good things about this product. I bought this in June 2024 for the very first time. As I’ve aged, I’ve found that my hair and nails are aging too. But my nails, have really, really struggled. I have literally tried many different supplements all made with biotin and at different strengths and NOT A SINGLE ONE worked. Nothing, Nada. My nails were just breaking, chipping, ripping – you name it. I had to ensure that I always had some kind of nail polish to try and shield them somewhat from breaking and even that didn’t help. I finally happened to read an article (not an ad) that compared the top 5 supplements for hair, skin & nails. The #1 item on the list was extremely pricey and way above my budget. But this product was the #2 on the list and had high recommendations and was considerably more affordable. So I thought I would give it a try. And after using if for 3 months, I FINALLY have hit on a product that lives up to its hype!!! OMG!!! I seriously cannot get over how absolutely great this product is. My nails have done a complete 180. They have grown out without breaking, chipping, ripping – none of what I was experiencing beforehand. And they are strong and hard! I can actually go many days without any polish on them and they STILL hold up without breaking or chipping. I have to be honest here, I have not run across any other product for ANYTHING that has impressed me this much. I have since purchased this 3 more times and even got my daughter a bottle so she can try it out. I will continue to take this for as long as it’s on the market. It’s the one and only thing that has actually worked for my nails. My hair looks better too. But I was mostly interested in it for my nails and I just love, love, love this product. If you get it, it won’t be an overnight fix….you’ll need to be on this for a couple of months before you really notice the difference. But hang in there, you’ll be amazed at the results. So of course…I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Yummy gummy
These vitamins taste great and melt in your mouth easily. The texture and color are good when they are fresh. They dry out the older they get. Easy to absorb in the mouth and swallow the rest. The amount of vitamin gummies is good for the price. I think the gummy version is a little less effective than the pill form of biotin but I’m not completely sure.

AMAZING flavor!
I purchased these chewables after taking biotin (pill capsule) for many years. I have found with my other vitamins, the pill was just one more thing to take each day and many days I would forget. I was in the process of ordering my regular biotin when I saw an article on FB pop up. They rated many biotin products on price, taste, and overall success of the product. This article mentioned that you should take a chewable biotin versus a pill capsule (no clue if this is true or not) due to it entering your bloodstream faster? Of the products they reviewed, this was chewable and reasonably priced. So I figured if it didn’t taste good or work, I wasn’t out much. I am only a few days in, but the taste is fantastic. They are similar to a gummy except softer and the flavor is not overpowered with sugar like some chewable gummies are. They are easy on my stomach as I have taken them in the AM without food. So far, I am impressed. I am hopeful I see good results also, as this is an easy way to take biotin.

These really work!
My nails were getting so thin and brittle and we constantly breaking a peeling. By the time I finished my first bottle of these they were growing longer and thicker and no more breaking! The price is great too compared to other brands.
