Effective Sleep Aid, Gentle and Reliable
The melatonin supplement has been a lifesaver for improving my sleep. It’s gentle and effective, helping me fall asleep faster without any grogginess the next morning. Amazing for nightshift workers!
These melatonin tablets are the best I have used. I used 5mg pills before and these are easier to swallow/ taste better, but most importantly my sleep quality is excellent. I work nightshift, so coming back at 8am and falling asleep quickly and staying asleep is very important to me- these do both! For price and quality, I could not reccomend more.

It does the job.
Just got these in, so I had a chance to compare one to a couple of other brands that I had recently tried. It easily dissolves in sublingual fashion, and does the job. YMMV, of course, since everybody is different.
I nicked one star from it because I’m not entirely thrilled with one or two of the ingredients. However, I certainly accept responsibility for examining the listing more thoroughly before placing the order, which I found at a great price.

I’ve used this nightly for years. I get a deep, restful sleep with 4-5 3mg tabs. Taste lovely, quick dissolve is the only way to go.

I recently purchased Natureâs Bounty melatonin in the 3 mg presentation that dissolves under your tongue. It works to help you relax and go to sleep within 20-30 minutes. I take 3 tablets to equal 9 mg and wake up not feeling any after effects. Highly recommend for a restful night sleep

Works well – high quality
As a RN, Iâve never been one for taking OTC meds for sleep. Most leave me drowsy and sluggish the next day. My surgeon suggested melatonin and I was amazed at how well it works. Tiny pills that are easy to swallow. Very cost effective and from a well respected brand.
