This vitamin helps with oneâs immune support system. The dose is one per day and is easy to swallow. I have used this brand before and it meets my needs. Also there is no nasty smell with this.

The dosage of 1,000 mg per tablet ensures I’m getting a strong boost of vitamin C every day.However, there’s one drawback: the tablets are quite large and can be hard to swallow. I have to make sure to take them with a lot of water, and sometimes even break them in half, which isn’t ideal.

Caplets is hard to swallow. Like theres no coating. Its more like having sharp edges. I’ve had vitamins about the same size and i didn’t had this issue.
