I really like these vitamin gummies. The fact that they contain no eggs or dairy makes me confident in my choice, especially considering my dietary restrictions. The raspberry lemonade and strawberry flavors are absolutely delightful and make taking vitamins enjoyable. Highly recommended for an allergen-conscious and flavorful way to supplement your diet.

They taste good and aren’t coated in sugar.
PS I forgot to mention it is still hot in Texas. The last bottle was delivered and my husband came in shaking the bottle saying sounds like they’re all stuck together. They were. But they come apart easily and still taste great. This only happen once. 🤷‍♀️So many of my gummies are literally sugar coated. I haven’t added up all the calories… I take a lot of gummies!In regard to this Alive! Supplement, it tastes good. I didn’t realize at first the dosage is 2 gummies 2xday, but now I take that. When I had my first knee replacement a few years ago, the Orthopedic Surgeon told me to take Calcium and Vitamin D3. It was hit and miss until I ordered the Alive gummies in June. I have so much arthritis and have had 4 different replacements (both shoulders and both knees) and can’t afford to have bone loss anywhere in my body. I have a bone density test next month so hopefully the results are good!

Taste is good
I recently received and order of this gummy vitamin, when I first opened the bottle and took a look to my surprise the pieces are big. The shape reminds me of gum drops from Dots and the taste is good I Like it, although it does not taste anything like the flavors described. It has a sweet taste so its like a treat every time you take it. I needed to get more calcium in my diet and this is a fun way to do it, I am excited to take my vitamins everyday.

Unsafe dosage?
Been taking this for a few weeks, and liked the taste. I was, however, surprised that people had to eat 4 of these gummies a day. Took this with me in the next doctor visit, and the doctor seemed quite bewildered by the serving size as well. The doctor urged me to not exceed eating 2 gummies per day.In two gummies, the Vitamin D is already at 1,000 IU. Just with these two gummies, you have fulfilled your Vitamin D requirement.After my doctor visit, I did some research into Vitamin D3 (the type of vitamin d in this bottle) and it seems that consuming too much vitamin d3 can lead to toxicity and health problems. It’s better to take around what you need with Vitamin D3 then consume too much of it. Unlike Vitamin C, which you can consume in excess without it being too unsafe, with Vitamin D3 this is not the case, and can even lead to long term problems.Plus, if you were to take all 4 gummies, (I. E. 2 gummies twice a day) the calcium amount would be at 100% Daily Value. Calcium is another nutrient that is unsafe to eat in excess. And unlike more obscure nutrients, calcium and vitamin d are at times artificially added to processed food (orange juice being one notable example). It is my conclusion then that taking such an excessive amount of calcium would be unsafe considering that it can easily be consumed from other sources.In conclusion, I think taking two gummies per day is more than sufficient and urge everyone who already purchased to do the same.To be honest, I’ll be discontinuing with these myself. I feel like it was too careless of the manufacturer to write the dosages this way. I think they put 4 gummies a day in order for people to use up their bottle faster, and not because it’s truly healthy to do so. I will be purchasing elsewhere in the future and will be paying more attention to the back label next time before buying

They have a strong odour and taste, so if you are sensitive to odours, avoid purchasing them. I would still prefer a tablet over these, though.
