I did a lot of research before purchasing this multivitamin because I was looking for something specific. Not only did I want a solid daily vitamin to give me essential nutrients, but I was also looking for something to lower my cortisol levels. I researched what were the best supplements to help lower stress/cortisol levels and this contains basically everything other than lemon balm which I just bought seperately.I’ve been taking this for almost 2 months now and can really see a difference. My energy levels are great, my mood has improved, I am not as anxious, im more focused(I am the ADHD so that’s helpful), my PMDD symptoms are nowhere near as bad(IYKYK), and I sleep better at night.This is the first and only thing that I have on subscribe and save so I feel like that says something about this product. I definitely won’t be going a day without them and they are worth a try!

Breaking me out but great multivitamin
Update: Iâve been taking these for over a month now, my skin has broken out so much & im 95% sure itâs from this because itâs only on my chin area. A high dose of B vitamins can cause acne apparently. Other than that, this is a great multivitamin.Iâve been taking these after taking another vitamin. These work a lot better. After just one day of using, I could tell they were working. They turn my urine a bright yellow when I take two so I only take one now.

Favorite multivitamin
I started taking these post partum and they did me so good! I also think the ashwagandha helped to regulate my mood! They may have a late effect on dissolving or are strong because I take them with breakfast food and feel nauseous a couple hours later so I have to eat a snack & it goes away.

Love this vitamin but…
I absolutely love this vitamin for the cost and effect it had on me daily. It didn’t make my stomach upset or nauseated. I also had a better mood and sleep. However, suddenly out of no where, no matter how many times I tried to reorder it, Amazon wouldn’t deliver so I was forced to change products.
