This product is not what itâs advertised. It ruins your hair and makes it look dull and terrible. It also smells toxic, literally toxic. It may have been defective but stay away!

White powder and build up
Thought I loved this, but the powdery white residue on brown hair doesnât work. If I brush it through, it defeats the purpose and coats my hair with even more residue. Make a brown powder.
