I’ve purchased two of these because they’re so great.Pros:- Get cold fairly quickly (2ish hours if you’re starting from room temperature).- Flexible to wrap around shoulder, back of the neck or knee- Soft side is comfortable to use against bare skinCons:- Gel moves around within sections of the wrap, so you need to do some adjusting before freezing- When first using out of the freezer, it can be a bit stiffIn response to reviews that say it doesn’t stay cold long, I found it stated cold enough for around 20 minutes or treatment, which is the max time medically recommended before you should take a break.

Love this not only on my neck but on both knees at the same time. It fits across both knees tucks in between each and covers the outside of each knee. The weight holds in place. Itâs soft flexible and maintains the cool comfort.

It freezes quickly but doesn’t stay cold long and the size isn’t really big enough for an average size neck with extension to shoulders.

This is a very high quality ice pack. I have some medical related issues in my neck and this helped in the recovery process. It has this like soft fabric on the inside and is very comfortable.

Amazing ice pack for cervical relief
It is so nice to have ice packs that actually form over the shoulders and up the neck. There are two sides to these ice packs. With the fuzzy side you don’t even need to wrap it in a towel before application, as you do with so many ice packs. The straight side is also nice for an even colder application. Thanks!

It gets super stiff when i leave it in the freezer for to long which makes it hard to wrap it over my shoulders. If i leave it in the fridge its just not cold enough/ i just dont have enough space in my fridge. And if its in the freezer it will grow ice on top and leak water everywhere.
