What works for me might not works for you..As someone who has an awful sleep pattern i was pretty excited to try these out.Itâs been almost a month since I got these and what Iâve noticed that it doesnât put me into a very deep sleep but it does help me wake up less at night and definitely helps me go to sleep faster which is what i was looking for mostly.I used to wake up at least once a night and sometimes itâs really hard for me to go back to sleep and these pills works. Now, Iâm falling asleep faster/ getting back to sleep more comfortably. The pills themselves are tasteless and easy to swallow.Great choice and will be ordering again when i run out.. Recommended ðð¼

Open the bottle – dried grass. Take a capsule – dried grass and herbal. Afraid to take more than one with a smell like that and unclear origins, so hard to gauge effect. Iâm a pharmacist, so always particularly wary of unregulated supplements. Not for me, had to toss them.

It took me a little while to review this item – I have been very busy with life lately and I NEEDED my sleep. Didn’t want to disrupt my regular routine. Finally found some nights where I can try this out. Serving size is two capsules to make the 10mg of melatonin. It works just as well as my regular melatonin; however, my regular melatonin is 5 mg. Since the serving size is two capsules, I decided to try one capsule (5mg). It is not quite as effective as my typical brand. So, if you want it to work, you need the full two capsules.
