Excellent, compact, no sticking
These silicon bannetons are awesome. So easy to clean. I highly recommend them For the beginner to very experienced bread maker. They are both great sizes, holding about a 800-1200 g loaf or more even. This is some thing I know I will have probably for life. They seem indestructible.

The kits didnât know I needed
Use this every other week in making sourdough. The proofing bowls are great. They are washable, unlike a basket. Two shapes to choose from, depending on my mood. The mixing tool is fantastic. The scoring tool makes that process much easier. I definitely recommend for any sourdough beginner!

Nice enough but returned it
The bowls were decent but the dough whisk and a few of the other pieces seemed like they would rust easily. Out of all of it the dough scraper actually seemed the best quality. I ended up returning it because honestly it felt like I could do the proofing in another bowl. It was nice enough but not worth keeping to me

Great for Bread Maker Starter!
I just started getting into making sourdough bread. This kit is a great starting out kit. I like that the bowls are silicone so they can be washed after being used. They work great!

Fantastic
Love this product.First the collapsing ability make them very convenient for storage vs the normal solid baskets.Bread came out beautifully, does not stick at all (do grease them). Left nice design and shape in the bread.Easy to was, after use. Easy to store, solid product. And for the price I recommend this over the normal standard baskets.

Tools are bad quality, baskets are fine
Basket works well and is good quality but all the the tools and very cheaply made and broke immediately. I would buy a different set/just use for basket or buy separate tools.

Love the quality of this kid & the adorable color it is. Great products for the cost. Great beginners set if you’re looking to start your bread journey, it gives you all the necessary tools to get your first loaf of bread made! Easy to clean!

Bannetons are great. Danish whisk is a bit short but works well. The blades seem a bit dull.
