This product is an incredibly helpful sleep and relaxation supplement. I had trouble sleeping for while, but with this I was able to get restful sleep without any tiredness in the morning.

Perfect Addition to Nightime Routine
My wife was so excited to get this sleep support mix. The first time she tried it with hot water and was so pleasantly surprised at how easily it mixed in and dissolved. It only needed a spoon and there were no chunks. I tried it too and It tastes like a very lightly sweetened chamomile tea, but not as strong as true chamomile tea. We also enjoy adding it to our favorite nighttime tea. The packets make it convenient for traveling to which we do a lot of. Now we just have to figure out how to get our kids to stay asleep for us!

NOT SAFE FOR PREGNANCY AND TASTES AWFUL!
Do not waste your money supporting a company that lists this safe for pregnancy! It tastes like water down sour cream itâs so foul and I should have done a lot more research. My item also came damaged.

Great for travel
This product was recommended to me by my SIL. She adds it to hot chamomile tea. I found I prefer the taste of adding it to hot Raspberry tea â definitely need to combine it with something hot. I tried it cold once and that was a not great tasting and very chalky experience. I find it blends best in hot water but be sure to let your tea seep for several minutes, remove the bag and add the powder as the final step. I gave 4/5 since it can add a chalky texture but Iâm not bothered by it

Best sleep I’ve had in months!
I’m a FTM to a one year old and I haven’t slept great in months (some could argue years between pregnancy and newborn life) and lately I’ve been sleeping really light, having trouble falling asleep, waking up in the middle of the night, and waking up feeling generally groggy. The first night I drank this warm and fell asleep IMMEDIATELY that night and woke up feeling so well-rested – best sleep I’ve had in months! I’m breastfeeding so it can be challenging to find something safe as a sleep aid to relax at the end of the day, and this did the trick. I love that it’s a blend of three types of magnesium and has herbal support without being a sedative. I’d recommend this to anyone, regardless of whether they are pregnant or breastfeeding because it actually works.
