These sleeves provide enough compression to add stabilization to my 73 year old military retiree arthritic knees, while giving added comfort with capturing body heat to keep those worn joints warm in all seasons. I’ve tried many other knee sleeves and even orthopedic braces and wraps over a couple of decades, none of which gave the level of comfort these soft, stretchy sleeves do. They stay in place well and the grippy top isn’t irritating like some I’ve worn.My only suggestion is that they come with a longer option for us well over 6′.

I’m sure if I were a skinny person it would stay in place. Material itself seems fine and is comfortable. I have 13 to 15 different sleeves for my knees as I’m a disabled veteran. But they always slide down and get bunched up behind my knee.

These Work Exceptionally Well
I have a slight degenerative joint disorder caused by a chronic case of Epstein-Barr, essentially giving me a form of Rheumatoid Arthritis in my 30’s. I have struggled with excruciating knee pain for the past two years which has limited my athletic abilities. I can honestly say that these knee braces have substantially changed how I move and have helped me to regain a degree of athletic ability.I bought a brace for each knee, and after utilizing the sizing chart provided in the item description (which you absolutely MUST use for an accurate fit), I was pleasantly surprised to find that these braces fit me nicely with a high level of comfort. They do not slip or slide, they don’t cause chafing and they don’t feel painfully tight. The gel ring around the knee cap provides ample support and the spring braces on the the side keep me from throwing my leg out the wrong way during my martial arts training. They help mitigate the pain of going up and down stairs, and thanks to the support they offer, they have been instrumental in physical therapy.I’ve been using these braces steadily for several weeks now and am overall very happy with the results. My only advice to the manufacturer is to make the design more appealing for those of us that may be wearing this visibly. That’s a small nitpick for an otherwise great product. I would definitely recommend this to those who are experiencing knee problems but wish to continue to exercise and be active. I wear them during all workouts, during martial arts, and if I plan on doing a lot of walking. They fit nicely under jeans and pants too.

Dad’s been wearing it for a couple days ; he’s very happy and knee/leg is feeling better while wearing he does say it rolls down at the back ( went by size chart)My only concern is it says ” no allergies or itchyness” on the ad for the brace ; but on the box it’s 20 something % latex ; I am infact allergic to latex ; so obviously won’t be touching it; but I’m unsure how it can say no allergies and contain things anyone can be allergic to?That could be my reading comprehension.Overall conclusion is this product is well made , nice fabric, breathable & doesn’t cut off circulation ( so far) so worth the buy.

My hubby (once a jock always a jock) has used numerous medically prescribed and COSTLY articulated metal knee braces in the past – they were usually bulky, restrictive, hot and difficult to wear under full-leg pants; they could not be easily cleaned. They cost us an arm and a leg (sorry, no pun intended).I purchased 2 NEENCA Professional Knee Braces – they arrived quickly (under 48hrs).
