UPDATED REVIEW:Great customer service! Company reached out and sent free replacements parts immediately. Definitely above and beyond. 4 stars is because the chair is uncomfortable and oddly proportioned.This chair is not proportional, the arms are basically just decorations. Sat in for an hour (170 lbs) and one of the wheels broke off and wonât stay in. Canât get apart to return, so now I have a useless chair and wasted money.

Looking for a cheap computer chair and found the Golden Egg! Very comfortable for those with lower back problems with descent padding for relief of pressure points on the rear end. The manual was simple enough and provided a display for easy set-up. Recommend for kids, high school, College, and business men and women.

Reasonably comfortable but a bit creaky
My main complaint would be that no matter how much you tighten the chair the joints seem to creak a bit when you sit and move around on it, and I’m not a particularly big or heavy person.It’s fairly comfortable, as long as you realize that you have to lock the height mechanism in order to lean back. I don’t know if that was in the manual and I just missed it, but I was pretty confused by the lack of lean for a while until I figured out that I had to lock the height adjustment first. Without being able to lean back the seat slopes down ever so slightly, so it’s crucial to be able to lean back at least a little.

The Wheels Stick
Not bad for an inexpensive office chair. The pad is thin and hard, but the back support is excellent. Problem I had was the wheels sticking and being hard to slide around. Fortunately, I had a good set of wheels from my old worn out chair, so I traded those out. Guess you could buy a new set at a hardware store.
