Libby’s Famous Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients: 1 can Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin; 1 can Carnation Evaporated Milk; 3/4 cup granulated sugar; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 tsp ground cinnamon; 1/2 tsp ground ginger; 1/4 tsp ground cloves; 2 large eggs; 1 pie shell
Directions: Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and dry ingredient mixture. Gradually stir in milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 425°F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F; bake for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

I cannot remember a time we did not have a can of evaporated milk in the pantry. My mother would use it all the time for make a variety of recipes. This package came with three cans of 12 fl oz evaporated milk. We lucked out and none of them were dented. And included with the order were a small set of measuring spoons that are all interconnected via a plastic swivel. Helps to keep them all together and less likely to be lost when stored. Overall, can’t go wrong with having evaporated milk in a can on hand for when you want to bake or add a touch of creaminess to a coffee, tea, or anything in between. From a price point though, if you can get this product at a decent price and have it shipped, then it would be much more worth it.

The evaporated milk is good. The spoons? …eh
This is the same quality of evaporated milk that I’m used to getting from this brand. I have no complaints about that at all. The spoons, however, which I am guessing are the reason this listing has such a high price tag, are the same kind of basic spoon set I used to see at local dollar stores all the time. The shape makes them easy to store, however, the way they are stuck together is rather inconvenient when using them.

We use a lot of evaporated milk for cooking especially around the holidays. You get three cans for this price which is a decent deal when compared to the cost of one can. Looking forward to ongoing good results and trying out a few new recipes.

No returns in dented cans. Cans are $2 in stores but almost $20 here for only 3 of them. I feel scammed I recall it said Iâd get a 12 pack but received a 3 pack. Expired dates
