Helps Fight Off UTIs – Doggos
My spayed female chihuahua/Lab mix has a hooded vulva which unfortunately means that she is susceptible to UTIs (urinary track infections). Thankfully she has only had one uti (which I noticed blood in her pee and took her to the doctors immediately/same day to get antibiotics), but I notice she started licking her vajayjay again last month and I was getting worried that another uti episode might be starting. When I took her to the doctor, we found out that hooded vulvas are more prone to UTIs and that if they are reoccurring it is recommended to have them basically circumcised, yikes. The doctor said that the best thing to do is to keep the area clean and dry as much as possible. Upon more research I found out that due to the excess skin around the vajayjay it traps the pee and can get itchy which can be the main issue leading to UTI. I found out that often veterinarians use antibacterial wipes to clean the area. So I decided to give it a try and bought these. We’ve been using them for over a month now (everyday for the first two weeks we got them…. and every other day for the next week….. and every couple of days after that….now just once a week or so when we notice her starting to lick the area). I have to push the extra skin (its only a little extra skin) down and out of the way for the wipe, which she doesn’t like, but after I give her a treat so she’s okay with it. Now I know this product might not be recommended for use on the vajayjay and some people might think its bad that I’m using it in this way, but I think it is working for us and has helped keep her vajayjay clean and itch free as well as potentially keeping reoccurring UTIs away.Overall this product has a light smell not to strong, tiny thin towelettes which have a good amount of product/liquid on them for my needs, not an excessive amount of liquid (the size is not an issue for me). I have not tried any other brands of antibacterial wipes yet, so I can’t say how it compares, but honestly I will probably order these again once I run out.

This product is simply an anti-fungal for your dogâs paws. Think of it like an athletes foot medication for humans. It has a slight medicinal odor and leaves a film on your hands that must be washed off. Our dog tends to lick her feet after itâs applied. This means the medication is being ingested. Iâve decided to try other approaches as a result.

My poor kitty Precious has mites and scratches constantly, her hair is coming out. So I thought I’d try this product because the reviews were good.So I put it on her and covered the place where I put it with a onesie so she couldn’t pick it off.Unfortunately, she got really sick, coughing, her breathing became loud, and she cried, is the best I can describe it, plus she became really clingy, which she never was before. Her meow became hoarse and raspy. It is very scary to see her like this. Needless to say, I will not be using this any longer.I just hope she gets better.

Overall, despite the smell and size it actually works! Redness and sour odor disappearing, less itching. Wipes are very thin and very small, it took several to wipe down my shepherds arm pits and belly. The perfume smell is super strong, and left a sticky residue on her fur and skin. Once it dried it left a horrible body odor stench like putrid onion. But this odor went away pretty quickly after a couple uses.

This product was recommended to treat fold dermatitis in our French Bulldog and so far, it has done an excellent job. That said, it is necessary to clean his folds daily and wash his folds weekly using a medicated shampoo such as Malaseb® Medicated Shampoo.
