Works perfectly!
I needed something that would keep my right nostril open when I lay on my left side in bed. I was using nasal strips, and they work well, but have visibly left my nose spread where the strips were placed.These allow my nasal passage to stay open. They take adjusting to, but have made a big improvement for my sleeping, and donât cause cosmetic issues.They are durable and washed daily, I am still using the 1st pair after 3 weeks.Highly recommend.

I have recently purchased a couple items to help me from snoring and keeping my wife up at night. I purchased one of those mouth guard things and can’t stand it. It’s too bulky, uncomfortable, and as a stomach and side sleeper, I drool, which is just gross. I also bought these little nose opener thingies. I am a nose breather, so I was hopeful these might just help. They appear to do just that! Well according to my wife at least. They are not too uncomfortable, they do help keep my nostrils open, though the down fall seems to be that they will at times come out while I sleep. Maybe I need to play with the sizing, but I think the mediums I use are the correct ones. These are worth the price for a hopefully easy solution to snoring.

I bought these in the large size after seeing a review that said they ran small. But these actually are large. I think that reviewer must have received the wrong size by accident because these are definitely bigger than my previous ones.It worked out well because these are the perfect size for me, though when I first pulled them out of the packaging, I thought they would be too big.These nasal vents work much better than the other brand I used (the blue cones with the little hearts). I like them better than the ones with slits/holes in them.I’m really happy with them so far. My fiancé has not complained about my snoring since I started using these and I feel like I sleep more soundly/deeply. I rarely wake up feeling unrested the way I did before.So I highly recommend these! These are the best ones I’ve tried so far.They feel a little weird the first night or two that you use them, but they really open up your nostrils and allow you to breathe deeply. I suggest that if you’re unsure/think you might be between sizes, you may want to go for the bigger size because you want them to fill your entire nostril. So it’s okay if the nasal plugs seem a little “big” at first.The silicone is soft, so they will be comfortable to sleep with even if they feel snug – However, those neurodivergent folks who have strong sensory issues might have trouble getting used to them. But I think these would work well for most people.

Won’t stay in!
This was kind of a bummer for me… I thought the silicone set included in this box was pretty comfortable and did the job of helping me breathe through my nose at night but the problem is that it just doesn’t stay in my nose! I keep waking up with it in the bed or on the floor. I tried the different sizes included in the box but the same thing happens.The plastic nose pieces in this set were an immediate no for me- not comfortable at all as I am a side and stomach sleeper.

Not very effective
I have to use a mouth guard at night because of stress-related bruxism, and snore as a result. It reduces the quality of my sleep and is also disruptive for my partner, so Iâve tried three different nasal dilators (all of which I’ve ordered from Amazon) in the past month to try to solve the problem: the Mute, the Mobi Lock, and the AirMax. I donât have sleep apnea, though (the snoring disappears when I donât have the mouth guard in), so my needs may be a little different than some other snorers.The Mute is a hard polymer thatâs very effective at dilating nostrils and has the greatest impact on snoring reduction but, for me, was really painful after a couple of days of use; it rubbed the inside of my nose raw. The Mobi is very soft silicone tubes that are more comfortable for use, but much less effective at dilating nostrils (and very bulky, so actually introduces more obstruction); in the end, it barely had an impact on my snoring, and sometimes I felt like I was choking with the silicone tubes collapsed. The AirMax is a firm silicone thatâs still reasonably comfortable for use, but still effective at dilating nostrils and reducing snoring, plus itâs not too bulky.Overall, Iâd tend to recommend the AirMax. Itâs marginally less effective at reducing snoring than the Mute, but I couldnât tolerate the Mute for more than a day or two a week, so in the end, it wasnât useful for me. The AirMax gets the job done for me, and itâs comfortable enough to use every night.

I have a deviated septum and a snoring problem. I wasn’t sure if these would help at all, but figured it was worth a try. So, I got the mixed pack. For myself, the medium seemed to fit best. I find the silicon ones a little more comfortable, but even the hard plastic ones were easy to get used to. I can breath through my nose and the wife says that I am snoring less. It didn’t stop the snoring, just reduced it. I’m good with that. According to my smart watch my SPO2 sits higher through the night, I’m am sleeping more solidly, and feeling more rested in the morning. Most my problem is years of fighting have left my nose messed up. This helps. I’m sure dealing with the doctors would be better, but I ain’t got time for that.
