No bad side effects. Clean and works really well! My kids love this too when they get sluggish or feeling slightly anemic. I give them NOW brand iron with it, and it perks them right up. Both are really easy on the stomach and highly effective.

I like the NOW Supplements brand. It allows you to get a quality product at a good price (as well as a good number of pills for each bottle). This is a great source of B vitamins if you are needing extra of those. The only thing I would say about this product, is that is still uses folic acid as its folate. That’s a no-go for me.
