Good device, excellent customer service
This is a nice little device. It is rechargeable and comes with a charging cord. Thereâs a card with a QR code so that you can watch a video for how to use the device, as well as activate your warranty. There are different settings for you to choose what will work best for your dog.Unfortunately, my dog is in the 3% of dogs for whom this doesnât work for various reasons. In my dogâs case, sheâs had trauma that makes using these types of tools for training ineffective, and can actually exacerbate her anxiety. Sheâs got a trainer, so we will work on her behaviors in another way.Customer service is excellent. If you have any issues with the device, you can email the merchant at the email address included in the thank you note that they send with your order. I am extremely impressed with the attentiveness and options given to me. The company is very up front about the fact that the device doesnât work on 3% of dogs.I highly recommend this device. It does work. My friendâs dog responded to it for a test to make sure that the issue is my dog, not the device. My friend doesnât train her dogs and she doesnât want the device or I would give it to her.I highly recommend this device if you have a dog who barks incessantly or dig up your garden, etc. My friendâs dog immediately stopped barking when the device was used in the mode that flashes two little lights and emits a sound that dogs hear, but people do not. The dog stopped the undesired behavior straight away and did not have any ill effects from the device.Please do give this device a try if you donât want to use a shock collar or other more aggressive means of correcting your dogâs undesirable behavior. Your dog most likely will be part of the 97% for whom this device works.

Nice easy to use
I have 2 dogs, this works great with 1 dog. The other dog is somewhat affected but not as much as the first dog. BUT I would definitely recommend this, as it works so well with the first dog that it helps to quiet the 2nd dog.

My dog is generally well behaved but loses his mind when someone is on the other side of the fence. This device is easy to keep handy and gets his attention quickly. He also is recognizing that the behavior is not desirable

Iâve tried many calming supplements for my chihuahua mix pup. She was very sick in her early life before we got her and pretty sure all the turmoil she went thru set her up to just react. She goes after squirrels and rabbits and wonât listen and then stays in a lower firm if that hyper vigilance.I used this product on our walk one day and was extremely impressed with its effectiveness.She stopped her reactive behavior immediately and focused on me. I had to use it twice when we encountered a rabbit but that was it. She was so calm for the rest of the day. I canât wait to walk her now as I witness her transformation.I havenât even had to use cbd or any other supplement aid to calm her down. Itâs only been a couple days but I have hope now.

Works on one of my dogs, the other doesn’t hear it at all.
I’m going to keep working with this and trying to perfect the timing. I have a very anxiety ridden pitbull/German Shepherd and this gets his attention right away. He does very well with hearing the beep or, in higher stress situations, the ultrasonic sound. My other dog who is a chocolate lab/dobie is in excitable mode and she doesn’t hear or respond to it at all. But it’s a good product and it does seem to work. I’m sure there’s a learning curve to it that we’re all working through. Good training tool I think.

Heâs going to reach way over the hundred pound mark so I wanted to make sure that he was manageable And would listen to command seeing how heâs going to be such a big dog. He is very loving and gets very excited to see people and tends to wanna jump on them when he sees them. Heâs 13 weeks old now 48 pounds can easily push people over so Iâve been working with him with this new tool and it seems to be working pretty well at first he seemed a little resistant to it, but it didnât take very long and he understood what was going on and now he knows what to do when he hears the noise the only thing I would say is that if you have or other pets nearby to be careful I didnât think about it the first few times I used it and our cats were nearby and it made them runoff and all it seems to be a pretty good training tool I think the company for designing it I really didnât want to get one of those to me, it seems a little mean to Use those as a training tool I have been tased before itâs not a fun experience so I couldnât really see using that as a training tool with this system. It seems to work pretty well.

Easy to use, easy to understand and it is rechargeable! It interrupts the barking and gets my pup’s attention so I can praise her for stopping and call her over to me. It’s perfect for the furbaby who comes with some unwanted behaviors, making it easier to train with positive training.

Street dogs in my lane are used for testing. It’s functioning. I think it’s necessary to increase the frequency in order to keep street dogs at a reasonable distance.

I was frankly skeptical when I ordered this device, as it sounded too good to be true. However, I have been amazed at its effectiveness. We have two dogs, a 12yo Beagle and 5yo Border Collie cross, both rescues. The younger dog had been poorly treated and was very anxious. He barked at every other dog on our walks, which invariably set the Beagle off, too, who didn’t use to bark. It got so other dog walkers crossed the road or walked away when they saw us coming. When I used the NPS, he instantly looked at me and stopped barking.The amazing thing is, I have only used the device four or five times, and now he doesn’t bark at all at any dog. I thought it would take some time for him to learn. Apparently not. And I have tested him with many of the dogs that he habitually barked at and now he doesn’t. That said, the device had no effect on the Beagle, which I expected as the NPS instructions pointed out it may not work on older dogs as their hearing is not as acute.I rarely write reviews, however the NPS has truly impressed me.

Just received my NPS last Sat and it seems already to work. Very impressed with the packaging including the ask of buyer to watch the video before using to ensure proper use. My dog did respond to the sound (not even ultrasound) although it has not stopped him completely from picking up the door mat and slippers and running with them around the house. He did drop them when I point the NPS and activate the sound at him. Hopefully he will soon not even pick these up after a few more training him with NPS. For barking, he did stop after I point the NPS at him and press the ultrasound as the sound does not seem to stop him. Overall a very satisfied buyer, thanks!
