This is my favorite protein powder to use before a run. I feel light enough to run, no guy aches and it gives me great energy to finish my workout. I love whats NOT in this product.

Fantastic Meal Replacement Protein Powder!
Great Product! Tastes great and mixes very well in a shaker with no clumping. I prefers to mix it with half filtered water and half coconut milk. It stays mixed very well and ever so slightly thickens (due to the Psyllium husk and Chia – IMO perfectly done!! Albumin (eggs whites) protein is the main protein in this product – a proven and highly effective protein source for our bodies and highly digestible. For me it’s the best protein source and not very easy to find in a product like this. I, at times, have had digestive problems with other protein sources including whey protein.Gluten free, dairy free, zero sugar, soy, grains and no fillers. The addition of Hemp and Chia are long overlooked ingredients in a meal replacement product. Monk fruit and Stevia sweeteners are added in a really nice balance (not too sweet and no metallic taste that is so common in these types of sweeteners). The addition of the Psyllium husk for fiber also helps with overall digestion and gut health. This is obviously a well thought out product. Overall it’s an advanced and well formulated protein meal replacement powder. This receives My Highest Recommendation!

Some compromises compared to whey
Where to start. This takes me back to protein powders from my youth in the early 80’s. Before the introduction of whey to the mass market, you nearly needed to plug your nose while gulping down your protein powder. Well, perhaps it was not that bad but it was never something you looked forward to drinking. This taste’s miles better than those but it is not quite up to the flavor and consistency of the best Whey products. Even when mixed with a bit extra water I get some clumps while drinking and sludge in the bottom. Better than the plant protein powders I’ve tried (massive sludge) but not quite up to Whey standards. Sweetness is well balanced and the monk fruit/stevia balance is good. If you have stomach problems or avoid dairy I think this is a great choice but know there are some compromises in taste and consistency compared to the best whey products.

My 3yr Old Loves This!
We use it with raw milk from our cow. The downside to this is unless put in a blender it doesnât mix completely. My 3yr old doesnât seem to mind and will request the âchocolate drinkâ every morning for breakfast. This product saved me many times throughout the summer because I had been in a car accident and was struggling to function on a normal level. So we did have it every morning for a while for breakfast. Sometimes just mixed in with the milk but we also like it in a blender with frozen berries, frozen banana, or any other frozen veggie or fruit.

Clumpy, taste not quite right
I didn’t care for this protein supplement all that much. The biggest issue is that it didn’t dissolve very well, it always came out clumpy no matter how much blending or shaking it got. That’s a show stopper for me.A smaller issue is that the taste, while not horrific, just didn’t come off quite right for me. I think I could have gotten used to it, but not with all the clumpiness. A tried mixing just 3 scoops into my son’s half full bag of chocolate protein and he mentioned to me a few days later that he thought his bag was changing taste as he got further into it. That’s how different the taste is.You may find that you like it, but for me it just wasn’t a fit.

Good egg-white protein powder
This is pretty good actually. Kind of a dark chocolate flavor but pleasant. It mixes up pretty well in my shaker with just water, but you need to vigorously shake it otherwise it will clump. A blender would be better and resolve that problem. It’s even better with almond milk. You can tell there is psyllium husk in this as it slightly has that psyllium husk quality to the texture. My bag’s resealable zipper was broken (it was separated from the bag so there was an air gap) so I needed to use some clips to keep the bag closed, not a huge deal but something to be aware of. As far as the value goes it’s decent compared to other egg-white protein powders, which are always a bit higher cost per serving compared to whey protein but they come with the added benefit of generally being easier on the stomach.

Great taste and fast shipping!
Great tasting protein! I love that it has natural bio available ingredients like chia, hemp and psyllium husk. And it does not contain inflammatory whey protein. Shipping was fast! I will be buying again.
